I own or have owned several Toyota/Lexus vehicles (’02 Highlander, ’04 RX330, ’04 Sienna, ’09 Camry Hybrid) that were serviced at Carousel Toyota since 2005. The services have included major routine servi Highlander, ’04 RX330, ’04 Sienna, ’09 Camry Hybrid) that were serviced at Carousel Toyota since 2005. The services have included major routine service (every 15,000 miles), warranty and recalls, out-of-warranty repairs and even some body work. I have always found that the service work was done right with qualified service technicians and genuine Toyota parts. They have a great loaner-car program if you need to leave your car at the shop for a day or more. Carousel’s customer care has always been top-notch and their price is competitive with most independent service garages in the area. The only vehicle service that I have done outside of Carousel is routine oil changes at my local service station, warranty work on my Lexus vehicle and replacement tires. I would highly recommend Carousel Toyota for all Toyota and Lexus vehicle repair and maintenance services. More
I was leaving my office for the evening, when I went to start my car. Although the car battery never turned over, all of the lights on the dash were lit and I couldn't figure out what was happening. As it turned out, the battery in my '09 Venza blew up and there was battery acid all over the engine compartment, along with a terrible smell and smoke coming from the positive cable on the battery. The acid ate right through the cable! I called the dealership and they had a prompt for emergency service and so I pressed the option #, Mike Stover answered the phone, I expalined the situation and that I would not be able to drive the car home. He gave me the number for their tow service, whom I called, and had the car towed directly to the dealership. I received a call the next morning that my car was ready for pick-up. I never encounted an experience like that before and am so glad that the dealership had a prompt for emergencies and that I was able to get the guidance from Mike. My wife and daughter went to Carousel Toyota initially to look at a Toyota Sienna. My wife has gone to dealerships by herself in the past and not had good experiences. Rob treated Susan with the utmost of respect, he made her feel comfortable and he explained everything in clear detail so that she was fully armed with knowledge about the vehicle and all of the purchasing options. I went up with my wife later and Rob again treated us very professionally and courteously. He did not just sell us a vehicle; he sold us a dealership with which we feel very comfortable. My husband and I bought a Toyota Sienna from Jim at Carousel Toyota a few weeks ago. We had originally intended to just look, take a test drive and weigh our options on some different brands/models. We had put this off for a while and one of the reasons is because our car buying experiences have typically consisted of a sales associate pressuring and hounding us. This is exactly the opposite of what happened at Carousel. From the very start, Jim was very down to earth, gave us the keys to a Toyota Sienna for a test-drive and stepped back so we could decide if we liked it. It turns out we loved it and felt that it would be a very practical car for our family. Jim sat down with us, went over our options and had everything laid out in front of him. I have to say, although quiet, Jim is really funny. Even the negotiating process was pleasant. What really impressed us though, was how Jim acted AFTER the sale. It was obvious his number one goal was for us to be completely happy and satified with our new purchase. He spent a good deal of time going over all of the bells and whistles and patiently answering our questions. He even called to follow up to see how we liked our new Sienna. We could not be happier with our experience with Jim - we kind of missed him when we left:) More
My family and I had the best possible experience dealing with Dave Castor at Carousel Toyota. We had gone to several dealerships in VA, MD, DE, NJ, and PA. Carousel Toyota was by far the best. Dave bent over backwards to make our experience the best possible one. The car was accurately described online and it was in great condition when we went to look at it. Other dealerships tried to bully me into buying their cars, which were not in as good condition, but Carousel was nothing but supportive of my extensive research process. The purchase itself was fast and pain free. Dave made sure that the car was detailed and perfect sitting right out front when we came to pick it up. We used to buy all of our Toyota's in a dealership in DE, now we do not want to go anywhere or deal with anyone other than Dave Castor at Carousel Toyota. More

He brought the car to the front, rather than making me walk all over the lot (as happened at other dealerships I visited). The "waiting" area was clean with TV's and newspapers available and complimentary coffee/tea, etc. The ensuing paper work, after my decision, went smoothly and the trade-in value for my present Toyota was in the proper range in comparison to other dealerships I visited. Wonderful experience. Called and scheduled to have car repaired. Told to do a check list before bring in as to help me know for sure if I even needed work done. They could have put anything on a piece of paper and had me paid whatever they asked . They did not do that. The service was good, the dealership was clean, the employees friendly, and waiting room was on the order of a luxury hotel. Next time I will wait there for sure. More
