Always a good experience This trip was easy because it was just an inspection but even when something more is at stake, I am grateful to be with Team Toyota - my car is ten ye This trip was easy because it was just an inspection but even when something more is at stake, I am grateful to be with Team Toyota - my car is ten years old and things are starting to happen- sensors giving out, valves needing to be replaced, transmission needs help - but I have never been let down by Team Toyota. If something happens on my way to work they will tell me to come in, no appointment needed. When I have needed more extensive work they have developed a cost effective plan to priorotize the work or see if a smaller fix might do the trick. I recommend them highly! More

The actual repairs are beautiful and the car is as good as new as far as I can see. It even wasn't as expensive as I expected it to be. More
Lies, lies and more lies trying to add $ to repair cost I would give the dealer 0 stars but they did fix the damage to the engine after a rodent chewed through part of the engine. However, that's where the service stopped and the attempt to hold the car, delay final repairs and attempt to add more 'repairs' above and beyond what the insurance would cover began. The dealership had the car for 9 days. They completed the major repairs after 4 days and suddenly began discovering a variety of 'issues' with the car beyond the rodent repairs including an airbag light that went off, a loud banging noise of unknown origin, and more. The dealership held onto the car for 5 days as we played phone tag. I would call the dealer to check on the car repair only to be told on 9 separate and random occasions that the service woman was not available. I was forwarded to her voice messages 7 times. On the 8th call I demanded to talk to the service manager to ask about the repair status and was told he would call me back. Then service manager never returned my call prompting a visit to the dealership by my husband. My husband was told that the dealer could not reach me at my number but failed to try the home number that the car was listed under for repairs...for 5 day....without trying the home number...that the car was listed under for the repairs??!! Day 9 began with the final phone call to the dealership to the morning service manager. He did some checking and suddenly the car was 'running like a top' and the air bag light was no long on...but that the dealership needs 2 hours to 'get the car put back together and everything tightened up.' 2 hours later I went to pick up the car. It has snowed and they had to clear snow off the car for me indicating that the car had not been worked on that morning. This left me wondering what in the world they needed to hang onto the car for 2 hours...or 5 additional days for that matter. I was able to negotiate the phantom airbag light diagnostic charge from the bill but not after the rude service manager named Rob tried to argue in circles about the service the car...and I received from Team Toyota. A dealership or a company has to decide how they want to treat their customers. Team has demonstrated that the customer is NOT their priority...padding costs to any bill is their priority. Do yourself and anyone you know a favor and don't buy a car or have repairs done at Team. They can't be trusted! More

Great car buying experience I started communicated with Nick Z via e-mail and he was extremely helpful and had answered most of my questions before I arrived at the dealership. I started communicated with Nick Z via e-mail and he was extremely helpful and had answered most of my questions before I arrived at the dealership. He knew what I was looking for and was ready to go when I arrived. Unfortunately it was pouring but Nick did not hesitate to bring cars around for test drives. After I decided which one to purchase- he made the whole purchase process go smoothly and quickly. He even took the time to hand write some 'cheat sheets' on a few things so I did not have to pull out the telephone book sized owners manual. I even texted him a few days afterwards with a question and he responded almost immediately. He was a real pleasure to work with. More

Worst service ever - Fuse replacement I took my car since one of the fuse went out which was not emitting heat, but Henry Oswald took my car & kept two with their highly qualified engineer I took my car since one of the fuse went out which was not emitting heat, but Henry Oswald took my car & kept two with their highly qualified engineers just to find out the actual issue then he said will call and let me know the update but forgets. The day I left Car I went at night to get the status then Ben landis says he cannot disclose any information. Then later next day Henry it has to be fuse I will replace you also need breaks which needs replacement. I said ok do that but make sure my car is ready for pick up next day then next day when I call Henry takes off & they say system is down, bottom line I end up 871.02 for break pad & fuse replacement, basically worst service ever will never go there ever again. I have all the bills and invoice to prove. More
