Even though I had not purchased from Team Toyota they were so accommodating and pleasant they became my service place. When it was time for a new car the dealership was every bit as great as the service department. It was the easiest and least stressful purchase ever. The service department is clean pleasant and scheduling is super easy. The employees seem to like their jobs. More

The pleasant no pressure dealership had turned into a high pressure "typical" dealership experience. But I think the most disappoint part of this change over was the service department experience I received. I recently took my car in for service. I made the appointment online with the expectation that when i arrived at the dealership i would just turn over my keys, sign some paperwork and be on my way. When I arrived i was told that they needed my VIN to check me in, I had entered that on the website and I was not getting a state inspection. So wierd, got what needed finished check in and asked for a call when the car was ready. The day of service I never received a call when that the car was ready. No worries, the car has been there all day, and they should be done at 6 when i get there, but i wanted to talk to someone ABOUT my car. When I arrived at the dealership the car was ready, but it took 20 minutes for them to "find" my car! As someone who has been a loyal customer, purchasing 2 vehicles and always having my service done at this dealer, I am not impressed. The Team at Team needs to take a look at what returning Carousel customers had come expect from this dealership and maybe return it to low pressure positive experience, vs a typical dealership. It really USED to be a great dealership. More
Happy customer, for a 2nd time in 3 years. I was considering a RAV4, but was concerned about the my trade value. They honored the Kelly Blue Book trade in value, based on condition. While taking a bath, it was only 9 months old and I knew that would happen. They gave me a trade in value, and then I went home. At least I knew I had the trade in value, which is the wildcard in these situations. And I felt good knowing they met the KBB estimate. I had previously gotten an online price for a RAV4, and wanted to be sure they'd honor that, and the trade in value at the same time. They did. No games, both prices were honored. I've bought enough new cars to know the games that go on at many dealerships. I had previously bought a Prius from Team Toyota, and drove it home that night; I came back the next day to finish the paperwork and get the car detailed. This time I showed up on a Saturday Morning, spoke to the same guys I spoke to the night before, and drove away with my new RAV4 just a couple of hours after I showed up. They detailed the car, did the paperwork, and I was out the door. No games. 0% Toyota financing. The RAV4 is amazing, and so is Team Toyota. Everyone was honest in their dealings. I've used their service department before, with my Prius, and generally they did a great job. I know when I needed a last minute service visit, they accommodated me. With rentals onsite, that is a great thing, in case there is a problem and I need that, or if I just want to rent something different to take on a weekend trip. All in all, Team Toyota fulfills my impression of a high speed, no games car dealer. They must move a lot of cars, they have like 12 service advisors, which means they have a large customer base. They have a huge amount of inventory. There isn't much more I could ask of this place. They have a nice lounge area, and that is handy. The only thing I'd like to see in the lounge, is a place to be able to plug in my laptop to charge while I wait for my car in service. Small point, but when the battery is running out, it is important. Again, I am completely satisfied with Team Toyota and won't hesitate to come here again when in the market for a new car. I only hope that they remain as they are today, and nothing changes because their rhythm is right on track. More

I have been buying cars for years but I have to say the whole experience from Team has been VERY GOOD and I recommend your firm everyone I can. More
SERVICE/REPAIR EXPERIENCE WE LAST WEEK HAD LOCKS REPAIRED ON OUR 2006 SCION SPL EDITION XA; THE SERVICE TEAM (JILL AND DON) WAS EXCELLENT, KEPT ALL PROMISES MADE, AND DESPITE S WE LAST WEEK HAD LOCKS REPAIRED ON OUR 2006 SCION SPL EDITION XA; THE SERVICE TEAM (JILL AND DON) WAS EXCELLENT, KEPT ALL PROMISES MADE, AND DESPITE SNOWSTORM IN BOSTON MAKING PARTS DELIVERY "IFFY" KEPT US ABREAST OF PROGRESS. THE PARTS DEPARTMENT (GLORIA AND TOM) ALSO KEPT ON TOP OF THINGS DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS, AND EVEN WITH THE WEATHER DELAYS CAR WORK WAS IN FACT COMPLETED EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. THIS WAS OUR FIRST VISIT TO THIS DEALERSHIP; WE'LL BE BACK, AND WE'LL MAKE IT A POINT TO HAVE INSPECTIONS AND OTHER MAINTENANCE ISSUES TAKEN CARE OF BY TEAM TOYOTA IN THE FUTURE. Going downhill Use to love this dealership. Now when I bring my car in for service they always seem to be trying to overcharge for stuff and quality of work not good Use to love this dealership. Now when I bring my car in for service they always seem to be trying to overcharge for stuff and quality of work not good. For example, they do this free multipoint inspections and form was blank when I got car so probably wasn't even done. Another occasion they said brakes were fine but a few thousand miles later it was in really bad shape which again makes me question if they even did inspection or look at it. Hopefully they get act together or will be going to another toyota dealer. More
