Great experience on 2 used car sales I am way over due on completing this review. Dave is an excellent sales person. Most of all he knows all of the products he sells. If you tell him wha I am way over due on completing this review. Dave is an excellent sales person. Most of all he knows all of the products he sells. If you tell him what you are looking for he will guide you in the right direction. Dave is polite and professional. His service after the sale is excellent and it is evident that he takes pride in his work. I bought a used 2014 Highlander and 2012 VW Golf for my daughter. We are very happy. Worth the trip We live in southern New Jersey and were looking for a reliable car for our daughter and since our son had purchased a Prius earlier in the year and lo We live in southern New Jersey and were looking for a reliable car for our daughter and since our son had purchased a Prius earlier in the year and loved the vehicle we searched for a Prius for our daughter as well. We finally found a dealership that had the car we wanted for a fair price (researched on Car Guru). Sales person, Tony and sales manager were fair and low pressure. Our daughter loved the car and we are hopeful that it will last a long time and be as reliable as we have found our Toyota products to be in the past. More

Called a PIECE OF xxxx by Rick Chila If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Never, ever, EVER give your hard earned money to this company. I tried to sell back my Toyota to If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Never, ever, EVER give your hard earned money to this company. I tried to sell back my Toyota to them. The Used Car Sales Manager, Rick Chila, is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He not only stormed out of the room when he learned that we still had a loan on the car we were selling back, because he had to do extra paperwork, but he then called my husband a PIECE OF xxxx and threw papers at him and told him "He's not buying our F*xxxxx car anymore" when he learned we only had 1 key. The next day, my husband spoke with Lisa who admitted that Rick was already a problem employee, not really surprised that we had a complaint about Rick, but after she heard what actually happened, she was flabbergasted. They "handled the problem internally" per the Sales Manager, Jeff Kenney, who was rather annoyed that I called to follow up on the incident. Steve Larsen, Sales Manager of New Cars, admitted day of the event that Rick did in fact call my husband a piece of xxxx, he tried to diffuse the situation, by sayingthat Rick and he "butted heads" as if we were just to blame as Rick was. No, not the case at all, Steve. Rick was completely out of line. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They obviously do not care about their customers and think they can treat people like garbage. Toyota obviously has great cars, buy your car anywhere else but here. More
