Some miscommunication, but There seemed to have been confusion between the Service Department and the Parts Department as to whether or not my car was even at the dealership to There seemed to have been confusion between the Service Department and the Parts Department as to whether or not my car was even at the dealership to get a door edge guard replaced. I finally spoke with Justin in the Parts Department late in the afternoon, and he assured me that the work would be completed by the time I arrived, and it was! Justin turned a bad situation into a good situation! I am giving this review 4 stars only because I had to speak to so many people before I was put through to Justin. More

Great Experience I had to make a last minute appointment to have my inspection done as well as an oil change. I usually go to another Toyota dealership but they were n I had to make a last minute appointment to have my inspection done as well as an oil change. I usually go to another Toyota dealership but they were not able to get me in before the end of the month. I was in and out in an hour and a half or an hour and forty five minutes at the latest. The waiting area was comfortable and accommodating. Dillon came out on two separate occasions just to give me an update on my car which was appreciated. I will definitely be coming back. More

We purchased 3 vehicles with him as our sales consultant & could not have been more pleased or confident to purchase a Toyota. Dave is extremely knowledgeable about Toyota’s which is certainly a plus when buying a vehicle, but most of all is never pushy or trying to sell you more than you are looking for. I have recommended many people to him & they too have had the same positive experience with him. I happen to really like Toyota’s & will probably continue to purchase them, but I have to admit sales is everything & Dave Castor is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Very happy customer!!!
