Delightful change of pace We were interested in buying a new Honda CR-V to replace our Odyssey and we wanted to do it through the Costco Auto Purchase program. To make a long s We were interested in buying a new Honda CR-V to replace our Odyssey and we wanted to do it through the Costco Auto Purchase program. To make a long story short, we were told that we had to drive to a dealership that was an hour and 20 mins. away so we arrived on time to meet with perhaps the worst salesman that I have ever experienced. Despite his three e-mailed reminders to be on time for our 1:30 appointment, he was 35 minutes late to greet us and to take us into a glassed in office. After pulling out car catalogues,, even though we knew which vehicle we were interested in, he excused himself for a "few minutes." I decided to go and look for him and found him in a different office with a different couple! My wife and I left that dealership and returned home, another long drive. hat evening, I called Costco and asked to switch our interest to Toyota. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the approved dealership was only six blocks away fro where we live.From the initial visit, our experience was the complete antithesis of our earlier one. The saleslady was kind, unhurried, offered us drinks and took us to see a Toyota RAV-4. She then let me drive that car and explained in astonishing detail all oft he great features of the car. Within 30 minutes, we had decided that we wanted to buy a Toyota, after having owned three Hondas. There are many fine business practices that Team Toyota of Glen Mills employs. There were video contacts from the head of the dealership and others received by e-mail which added a number of personal touches unusual in today's auto trading markets. All in all, it was a thoroughly enjoyable and painless transaction. My wife and I both agree that it was the best experience that we had ever experienced while buying a car! More

A squirrel made a home under my hood My 4 Runner was running extremely rough after not using it for 8 weeks. When the technician opened the hood, he found a huge squirrel nest.
