I would of like to given a Better Review, for the First Time ever at this Dealership ! The website list vehicles they don't have , Not like they sold them or said they did , THESE LISTED VEHICLES HAVEN'T Time ever at this Dealership ! The website list vehicles they don't have , Not like they sold them or said they did , THESE LISTED VEHICLES HAVEN'T ARRIVED YET !!! Yet listed and Nothing to indicate they are supposed to arrive soon . The sales person ( Arrogant ) said they just expected people to basically know it ! We came ready to buy if we like the vehicle ( from Research we had done ) Wanted to look a vehicle over , test drive and make a decision based on the results . But this Sales person wanted to tell us what type and Model we should buy ( He wasn't asked ) We had already decided on model and Trim Packages we wanted to look at . The Sales person without letting us look at a similar model or even driving a model they had , To put a large down payment of a vehicle we had not seen ,. driven or even knew if it was what we wanted ??? Personally I'd Find another place to do business ! More

Beware of the Service Department at Team Toyota Glen Mills! I'd bought my cars from Carousel Toyota bought by Team Toyota and worked with the same service person, Chris Hihn, for, at least, 12 years. When he was let go by Team Toyota, everything changed from excellent to the absolute worst! I could not add more negatives than those reviewed by others....they are all accurate. I would give Team Toyota ZERO STARS if possible. There are multiple other excellent Toyota Dealerships. Make the effort to find them! More
