Rocky Racoon My vehicle received a basic tune up, wheel alignment, rotor replacement and new fiber shield under the front bumper and driver side wheel well. Came for oil change needed inspection I came for an oil change but needed an inspection. Had to bring my car back bc of horrible screeching bc something was too tight and metal was on metal. Even though it was fixed, my breaks still sqeak and the DIDNT do that prior to the “repair”. Interestingly, this happened a couple of years ago there. Had to bring my car back bc something was overtightened. Also, I made an appt and dropped my car off on said day and somehow they didn’t know my vehicle or keys were there for an entire day. They did however cover a rental, rightly so, since I need my vehicle for work.
