I was looking to trade in my Yukon Denali XL for a Range Rover Sport Supercharged. I worked with Matt who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a great price for my trade in and got me approved for financing within 30 minutes. The transaction was so quick and easy! I absolutely LOVE my new Range Rover! I took it to Land Rover the following day for an inspection. They confirmed that the car is in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Team One to anyone looking for a car in the Atlanta area. A+ experience! Thank you Team One Motorcars! More

I was skeptical because of the bad reviews so I had the vehicle inspected by a Land Rover dealership in Atlanta. The car checked out perfectly. It was exactly as described by Team One and in particular, the salesperson Spencer. The transaction was incredibly efficient and Spencer was very professional. I would recommend purchasing a car from them if you are in the Atlanta area and I will likely purchase another soon. More
DISHONEST AND DECEPTIVE I bought $28 000 car from this dealership and 48 hours later that the engine has major malfunction requiring $4 000 repair. Dealers response - we are I bought $28 000 car from this dealership and 48 hours later that the engine has major malfunction requiring $4 000 repair. Dealers response - we are sorry but you bought AS IS used car. Spencer, specifically, is very poor salesperson - incompetent and rude are the best non-profane terms to describe the experience of working with him. No knowledge of cars, no sales aptitude, no etiquette. DO NOR BUY FROM THEM. More
AUTOMOTIVE FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE IS – AUTOMOTIVE FRAUD! Team One Motorcars committed automotive fraud multiple times. They DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE IS – AUTOMOTIVE FRAUD! Team One Motorcars committed automotive fraud multiple times. They attempted to sell a used 2017 Ford Raptor, stating that it had one owner with no previous issues and the car was recently purchased at auction. After multiple text messages and conversations with the salesman he assured the truck had no previous accidents and only one minor ding on the rear tailgate. However, the day of the purchase it was discovered that the truck was purchased at auction with a major accident (See photos attached). I’ve also attached a screen shot of the text chain from the dishonest salesman, showing him lying and committing automotive fraud. After being called out they claimed they had no knowledge of the major damage to truck even though it was bought at auction with 11,827.5 miles and tried to sell it to me with 11,830 miles on it. Do not trust this dealership under any circumstances as they will go to any length to sell a car with major issues and cover it up to make a profit. If the vehicle seems well priced there is a reason because it is a damaged vehicle they acquired and trying fraudulently sell it. Don’t believe any carfax report either as they will make sure that is not accurately reflected either. One week later the same broken 2017 Ford Raptor is still listed on their website for the same price with no mention of the major accident (see attached photo). I will be forwarding all information onto the Better Business Bureau and pursuing legal action since selling vehicles under false pretenses is illegal under Georgia State Law. Stay clear of this Team One Motorcars, don’t let them sell you junk illegally! Look up the vehicle for yourself as well: VIN: 1FTEX1RG4HFA00213 More
Rude, arrogant and argumentative; Spencer I attempted to obtain a price on a vehicle and have never been treated so rudely via text messages. Was quoted a higher price than advertised and Spen I attempted to obtain a price on a vehicle and have never been treated so rudely via text messages. Was quoted a higher price than advertised and Spencer was so unprofessional and rude. Never even answered the questions I asked in regards to the vehicle. Huge red flag! I ran from this one! Huge Disapointment!!!! Buyer Beware I purchased a 2009 bmw M6. I was told that the vehicle was in excellent condition and had been inspected and had a complete service. But Buyer Beware I purchased a 2009 bmw M6. I was told that the vehicle was in excellent condition and had been inspected and had a complete service. But that definitely was not the case. I flew in town from Texas. I bought the vehicle on a Saturday since I saw the listing online. I drove about 100 miles and a check engine light comes own sating increase emission. After only having the vehicle for 2 days, I called the salesmen to repair the vehicle. He repaired in a few hours. I came and picked up the vehicle. The very next day I get on the road to drive back to Texas which was a thousand mile drive. As soon as I get to my city in Texas. A check engine light comes on again. I haven't had the car but a total of 4 days! The check engine light stated a transmission malfunction. The vehicle only had 65k miles. I called the dealer pleading to allow me to return this lemon. However, Team One stated that I could not and stated that this is a good vehicle. I then took the vehicle to the BMW dealership to have a full diagnostic. SMG failure and rear differential failure with leaks, repairs around 9k. I purchased a warranty from the dealership, and it is still pending if the warranty company will cover or deny. I just wish I never stepped foot in Team One. I thought I purchased my dream car but in fact I purchased a Lemon. I can not get my money back and still has not been made whole after the lies from this dealership. Please do not purchase anything from this dealer at all cost!!! More

THIS IS NOT ABOUT AN "AS IS" PURCHASE! THIS IS ABOUT FRAUD 2006 Maserati Gransport Spyder ZAMEB18A260026381 I purchased the aforementioned car from Team One specifically Matt. To say I am extremely disappoi 2006 Maserati Gransport Spyder ZAMEB18A260026381 I purchased the aforementioned car from Team One specifically Matt. To say I am extremely disappointed in the purchase of this car would be an understatement. I did my due diligence and had the car inspected prior to purchase. Matt directed me to Enzo's Automotive Svc for the inspection. Enzo's placed the clutch wear rating at 29% worn. When I got the car home, Ft Lauderdale Maserati put the clutch wear rating at 62% worn. Because of the huge discrepancy I had a third independent check done with the same result of 62% worn. I have copies of all reports if anyone would like to see them. The vehicle inspection I had completed at Ft Lauderdale Maserati reveals that this car needs $10,226.56 of repairs. I emailed a copy of the Ft Lauderdale Maserati inspection to Matt with no response what so ever. The inspection conducted by Enzo's Automotive Svc is completely worthless; again I was directed there by Matt! The convertible top needs new straps as well, not an adjustment to a micro switch or sensor as Matt said. I took the car in to have the convertible straps replaced and when they removed the top they found bungee cords attached to the straps to allow the top to work temporarily for the video Matt sent me prior to purchase showing me the top was in working order! This is nothing less than Deceptive practices! Matt was supposed to send me information on obtaining a second ignition key and the radio code for the radio. He never did. He has ignored my calls and emails. I even gave Matt the opportunity to split the cost of the clutch and top repair evenly and I would handle the remaining repairs. He didn't have the decency to respond. Buyer Beware! I have all the reports and inspections available for anyone's review. More

Manager Matt Shanahan is a stereotypical used car salesman and then some. He allowed me to test drive a car with a dead battery, and when it stranded me at a gas station, he stated he was "too busy" to come help get the car back to the dealership. Luckily, I was able to get the friendly station manager to give me a jump. When against my better judgement I elected to proceed further with the vehicle and scheduled a PPI, I called Matt 24 hours before the scheduled inspection and arranged to pick the car up the following morning. That morning, after driving an hour up to the dealership, Matt stated that the car had been sold the prior evening. So, either typical used car salesman games, or the most inconsiderate "businessman" ever. If you want to be treated like garbage, this may be the place for you. More
