Irate Brought our Camaro in for a recall and without someone stating to me how they were going to fix the recall they broke the keys off our key fobs and m Brought our Camaro in for a recall and without someone stating to me how they were going to fix the recall they broke the keys off our key fobs and made new separate keys so now we have our fobs and a key instead of 2 in 1 like it should be. We have a warrant on our keys for replacement if lost or broken so I consider that to be broken. Brought them all the information for the warranty and all he had to do was call the warranty number and they said they would replace them and we would pay the difference if there was one. The service manager acted as if he didnt want to do it in the first place stating he probably wouldn't have time to do it that day. He eventually came to us and said he must have said something wrong to the warranty company and its totally his fault because they wont replace them. Very displeased with the service we've recieved. They broke the keys in the first place doing the recall they should be replaced. We bought a car with keys and fobs in 1 not separate so after doing a recall I believe it should be just as it was originally made. If he had told me before they did the recall that he was going to break my keys off and make a separate one I would have never handed my keys over and I would have left. All he said was he had to make new keys. More
