If I could give 0 STARS I would because this is so unfair We purchase our car back in Feb 2024 we purchased 2018 Nissan Rogue and the Air doesn’t work on one side /Driver side team one was notified of the is We purchase our car back in Feb 2024 we purchased 2018 Nissan Rogue and the Air doesn’t work on one side /Driver side team one was notified of the issue within 24 hours I also ask for a BUY BACK because the finance company told me to because I had just got the vehicle and I have the sign out sheets but there is no paperwork in the computer at Team One Chevrolet of our vehicle getting worked on and we was put in 7 loaner cars because I have all loaner car papers and text messages /Voicemails and my Air/Heat still isn’t fixed keep in mine it has been extremely hot so on the hot days I do not drive the vehicle because I am sick and have lupus and other health issues I can’t be out in the heat long we are so disappointed that we got this vehicle the cost is over 20,000.00 with a 500.00 car note and no air or heat on drivers side of vehicle I have waited on a phone call from them to get this taking care of I also went to sister lot where our car was sent to pick up paper on what was done to the vehicle they told me the maintenance department put a part on our car but our car still isn’t fixed but they provided the paperwork but was unaware that the problem was still going on with the car and I informed them that it still wasn’t working I also let the service department come out to check it so they could see it wasn’t working and they agreed it wasn’t working appropriately I will be posting full story on other platforms I will be getting in contact with better business bureau TODAY because this is so unfair I feel like I have been super nice about this situation because I did not want to post about this issue but everything I stated is the Truth I am honestly thinking about letting this vehicle go back 😢because I Cannot Do This Any Longer I am disappointed More
Let me start by saying that I have bought vehicles from Team One in the past 2 years. Took a really good friend of mine there when he wanted to purchase a new truck today. First, the salesman was brand new Team One in the past 2 years. Took a really good friend of mine there when he wanted to purchase a new truck today. First, the salesman was brand new, though he previously owned a car lot of his own in Fyffe, he seemed overly nervous and oblivious to the dealership and how it was run. He entered the dealership 3 times when we simply wanted a price and mileage, each time he entered without returning with the keys. So 20 minutes at 90 degrees before we even got an answer to mileage. After a test drive, we got an answer on price, however, the price quoted quickly increased by 5k. After much discussion and after bantering on trade value, we were told that the payment would be and that there would be one hard inquiry to run credit. This was verified with their credit manager “Moose” who assured us that there would only be one hit to his credit….. Within seconds, there were 8 hard inquiries. A 25 point credit decrease on equifax and a difference in payment of 500$ from original quote….. We asked all the right questions and had been assured that there would be not issues, but when we literally showed them the report on equifax, while sitting at their desk, they started trying to back pedal their answers, told us that they never said that there would only be one inquiry and showing us information that was not provided before we started. We never would have started the process if given the information up front. Though I have been a loyal customer for years, they will never get another sale from anyone that I know. No Team one dealership in Gadsden will get my business again. They are more concerned with making a sale than they are in taking care of the client. More

On August 7 2023 I call in to get transmission redone(they replace it before). I got the appointment @10 august 8, I spoke to service technician explained my situation ( I don’t have 2rd car and I redone(they replace it before). I got the appointment @10 august 8, I spoke to service technician explained my situation ( I don’t have 2rd car and I have to pick up my kids @ school about 1 any way you can take me in and I can sit and wait) very understandable gentleman. So then he rescheduled my appointment to August 14 @ 7:30 am because that’s the only way he can bring my car in and take a look. So I waited till almost 1 still no sign of my car, so I asked to get my car back I needs to go pick up my kids, the service technician got my car out and told me they couldn’t check my car out because they don’t have time! I was 😡😡😡😡 ! While picking up my kids I call and spoke to service manager, explained my situation he told me no one should sit that long it’s not right so he told me he will have 3 fleets coming back next weeks and one person ahead of me! So told me he will call me back august 21. I waited till August 23 no phone call from them, I call the front desk and leave 3 messages (August 23, August 24 and August 25 all 3 were urgent). Noon of 25 called again they told me he was in meeting, he should call u back within 5 mins because they told me he just got out! Till 4 pm I call back got to talk to him he told me same thing next weeks he will have 3 fleets and I’m first in lines! They’ll call me Monday or Tuesday (28th,29th). September 4th, Nothing like I expected, again chasing him the only time I can talk to him is by calling if I leave message with the front desk he never call back!😡! Call message,etc.. September 11, Finally… I spoke to one of the devices lady she told me he’s been sick and I have to wait for him to get back! 😡😡 I ask to speak to store managers and what’s there name? She’s refusing to tell me and telling me they can’t help me! And she transfer me to services manager ( I thought he was sick?) then again same thing next week which is September 18th will call me and bring me in.. nothing, today September 19th.,,…still waiting , leave another messages on September 20th! Update! September 24 still no return call! Think twice before bringing it here! More
Horrible! More like "Ream One" instead of "Team One". I took the truck in for a brake failure warning and other unknown warnings on the dash. They kept it for a week and Robbie told me they would reimburse me for a rental car because they didn't offer them. They said they truck needed a small part, but could find nothing else wrong. All they did was reset was reset the warning lights which returned a few days after. It's been over two months now and NO part! Now Robbie says they won't reimburse me for the rental car either! The worst part is I purchased the extended all inclusive warranty which is almost $10k more! If you buy anything from these jokers you'll be more than sorry. You've been warned! More
My car was hit several years ago and repaired at Team One. The bond and paint started peeling around 2 months ago. We took it by and they got us on the schedule within a month and our car looked like ne One. The bond and paint started peeling around 2 months ago. Fix it right up with no questions or additional charge ! The receptionist was super sweet too ! More
I bought a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze from here and I can't understand how that saleswoman sleeps at night her knowing that she sold me a LEMON. I had to get a new valve cover put on it and did the same thing. The car engine BLEW UP and I'm out of a car. I'll never go back here again. More
