I did and right away was told if GM isn’t covering repair, I was paying for the evaluation of the Tahoe. So I made appointment and then returned call to GM customer service hotline. This time I spoke to someone different-of course, told her my problem, and she said that GM probably would not cover issue. In my opinion the Dealership should keep their word and fix the running board that they assured me before my purchase that there is no issue. I would love to speak to the owner instead of this BS texting. More

Service is lacking DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TEAM ONE--they are not a reputable dealer or service center. All of the technicians and sales people have lived in that town DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TEAM ONE--they are not a reputable dealer or service center. All of the technicians and sales people have lived in that town for years and think that they own the town. Every experience I have had with them has been terrible. They are rude, unethical and disrespectful. I have dealt with Eric Carpenter on more than one occasion and had the same experience. He is not held responsible when he is wrong because he is so buddy buddy with the management that he gets away with anything he wants. That is not a good way to run a business. I will be discussing this with GM Dealer Relationship Manager to see what can be done. This is far from the first time this has happened with this technician and dealership. HE SHOULD BE FIRED. More
Terrible Customer Service I dealt with a service technician - Eric C.- this dealership and Chevrolet should be ashamed to have someone like him representing them. He was conde I dealt with a service technician - Eric C.- this dealership and Chevrolet should be ashamed to have someone like him representing them. He was condescending, rude and didn't care at all about the customer. He seemed to be severely agitated and not willing to listen to anyone. He was making inappropriate comments about a female customer and laughed about it. Just because its a small town and there aren't many other options, that shouldn't impact the level of service I have spoken with several customers and they had a similar experience with this technician. I will definitely not return and I will make sure that I share my experience as much as possible. More

I only needed a tire replaced and after waiting over 4 hours I just took my rim and left. They absolutely don’t care about customer service and they are just crappy people overall. The only question I was asked when I started getting angry about the 3 1/2 hour wait was “Dis you have an appointment?” More

We purchased a used vehicle from a different dealership, but brought it to Team One to have a full safety inspection done. Within a week of getting my vehicle back, my son and I were driving into daycare/work and I started to slide, like driving on ice, on a major freeway. I managed to get off on an exit. When my husband came, he discovered my back tire was hanging on only by 3 lug nuts out of 8. If I would have continued driving, the tire would have came off and me and my son could have been seriously injured, if not killed. My husband notifed Team One management of the situation and at first they seemed to care but later charged us $500 to fix their neglect! We will never take any of our vehicles there ever again. Incompetent employees, no accountability and horrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. More
Do Not Trust the Service Department Have taken my vehicle to Team One to have service completed on it numerous times over the past few years. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle s Have taken my vehicle to Team One to have service completed on it numerous times over the past few years. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else unless it is under warranty. If you do have to deal with their service department - DO NOT work with Eric or Wayne Carpenter. Both are very rude and don't care about their customers. More

They called to authorize charges which included flushing the transmission. Afterwards I got to thinking why would they need to flush a transmission that should be almost empty? They also said they needed to replace the transmission cooler because the lines connecting to it were to corroded. I had the invoice reviewed by another dealership and they used the upper end of the labor time scale and charges. Eventually they finished working on the truck and they gave me the damages - $924.00. Total rip-off. More

She bought a chevy cr Went with my daughter to the service department and was treated awful the service people pretty much kept laughing in our faces. She bought a chevy crude from them took it in several times telling them about a grinding noise that they kept saying they couldn't hear but anyone who went near the car could hear. Now that the warranty is up miraculously then can now hear it and wanna make her pay 800 dollars to get it fixed. Please keep yourself safe and never do business with these people. They will treat u awful when it comes right down to and lie about it all. More
My first experience with this dealer was with the body shop. The first thing I noticed when I picked up my vehicle was that the bumper alignment was off. It was easy to see based on the fit around the hea shop. The first thing I noticed when I picked up my vehicle was that the bumper alignment was off. It was easy to see based on the fit around the headlights. I had the body shop estimator come out to look at it and I wasted 15 minutes of my life arguing with her. Her response was that it was the glare of the sun.... I then took a key out of my pocket to prove my point. I had to wait 45 minutes for them to get it in and readjust it. When it comes to their service department, they have the same attitude. The customer is always wrong. I came in for a Check Engine Light and drivability issue and when they saw aftermarket parts, they immediately blamed them. When I had an expert tell me what was wrong, they quickly discredited any and all opinions (another Chevy dealer actually spent time to diagnose it and found it in fact was a faulty PCM). Aparently, their techs and service team doesn't know much about newer cars.. Next, I told them which tire pressure monitor was not reading correctly (this could also be told on the vehicle information center in the dashboard). Guess what, the tech replaced the wrong sensor (the right front was reading an error and he replaced the left rear). When I confronted the service advisor about this, he said that I told him which sensor to replace.... Hmmm, I thought all technicians must diagnose the vehicle, and from my point above, they were quick to reject my statement on a check engine light, but were willing to blame me for their lack of replacing the wrong sensor. I had some nice arguments once again with both service and body shop. As a former service manager(I did this while earning my degree in accounting), I would never allow 1 customer to go through what I went through. There are times where you need to figure out the problem, but I would have fired my service advisor's if they ever argued with a customer in front of me the way Larry did right in front of Gerald. My best recommendation of this dealership is to avoid at all costs. Glenn Buege in Eaton Rapids has technicians that blow Team One's away, as well as a friendlier staff with the small town feel. They will go that extra mile to give you great service. Drive the extra 12 miles for a better experience, or just avoid Team One all together! More
