Great inspection service Staff in service dept. gave a welcome smile when i arrived for my appt. Everyone I come in contact with -- from scheduling the appointment to cashing out -- is friendly and helpful. The waiting area is spotless and a comfortable place to get work done while I wait. The quality of the service is excellent, and the car is almost always ready to go by the predicted time. I particularly like the complimentary car wash. I was pleased on this last visit to have Justin Shockley as my service advisor once again. He is cheerful and competent, never condescending or dismissive, and I appreciate his efforts to give me the best possible price for the work I need done. More
