I always dread buying a new car because of all of the games that are played and the time wasted. After a discussion to determine our needs he actually gave us a price over the phone which we thought was very competitive. When we went to the dealership everyone we encountered was extremely warm and friendly. Rob did not waste our time. He immediately honored the quoted price. Even after I agreed to buy the car he wanted to make sure I was aware of all of the features and how they worked and took the time to review these with me. This was on a holiday when the dealer was closing early and we were there at closing. No one attempted to hurry us. This dealer and especially Rob get a 10 on a scale of 1-10. More

I contacted Rob @ Team Nissan this past Sunday to trade in my 2007 Nissan Sentra to lease a 2010 Nissan Rogue-- When I got to the dealership he had my Rogue waiting for me right at the front door!
