I found Team Nissan online on a whim and gave them a call. Rob genuinely listened to what I had to say and what I was looking for. I decided to go in and see if I got anywhere. I already had the vehicle I was interested in in mind, and Rob respected that, but he also showed me a few others that fit my criteria. However, after all was said and done, he left the choice up to me and never once tried to persuade me in any direction. He was informative and professional, and he took a sincere interest in making sure I was satisfied. I am completely happy with my experience at Team Nissan, and I would recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. My husband is in the military and will be looking to "upgrade" his truck once he is back from his tour of duty. I couldn't imagine doing business with any other dealership. I like the Nissan Altima, but there are other nice cars I like and can afford. I have bought 4 Altimas at Team, and have sent many friends to Team to purchase through Rob Miller, because it is hard to find a like and can afford. Rob is honest, puts your interests first, is very prompt regarding returning calls and getting back to you with information. I have never been pressured or felt anxious when I deal with Rob. My friends who have dealt with Rob seem to feel the same way. I had a friend last week that was telling me about a deal she got at Peters in Nashua, and I sent her to Rob. She hasn't stopped thanking me. She feels she got a much better deal, felt like Rob was her friend, and fell in love with the entire dealership at Team.
