Excellent experience and service We went to Team Mazda Subaru to try to get out of our car which we were significantly upside down on. We worked with Alex Coakley. He was very upfro We went to Team Mazda Subaru to try to get out of our car which we were significantly upside down on. We worked with Alex Coakley. He was very upfront with us on what we were up against. He took our information and ran with it trying to figure out what our best options were. My wife and I had our 3 year old and 1 year old with us which complicated things a little. When it came to looking at vehicles and test driving them Alex basically had to do everything twice for us, and he did it with a smile and positive attitude the whole time. He was never pushy nor did he make us feel like we were wasting his time. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had something to drink. We were there a very long and he even bought pizza out of his own pocket for everyone. At the end of the day we found a fantastic car at a price that worked for us and we couldn't be happier. Alex definitely earned his pay that day and went above and beyond for us. 5 stars doesn't seem like enough stars to rate the job Alex did for us. Thank You Alex! More
