Today 03/20/14 we purchased our 3rd car, & couldn't be happier! Again, he worked out an amazing deal with the perfect interest rate. I came to the dealership to see if my new Mazda 3 that was two-and-a-half years old could fall under warrantee for repair for a leaking AC line, and I was upset, because it was an obvious OEM defect, but was two-and-a-half years old could fall under warrantee for repair for a leaking AC line, and I was upset, because it was an obvious OEM defect, but my milage was beyond the 3Y/36K. I didn't want to spend $500 for a hose. I was also unsatisfied with my inability to purchase a SkyActiv version of my 2012 car, because TEAM didn't have them yet when I purchased my Mazda 3 Hatchback S Touring which only gets 24 miles to the gallon, average. I bought that car because I need a good test stereo for the music I produce. Rocco Marconni listened to what I had to say and asked if I had been aware of the buyback program, which I had. Friends of mine had done the buyback program with their dealer (VW) and were satisfied, so I had already considered it when I got the letter from TEAM. Rocco was eager to make me happy and more knowledgeable than most salesmen. He let me test drive a blue 3 to pick up my kids at school. They wanted it in black. I grew up with my dad who was an auto engineer, so I understood a little about the industry. Due to the quality of the product, and ZoomZoominess, and the BadA$$ness of the Mazda 3 i GT in glitter black, with the awesome gas mileage and detailed heated leather seats, Rocco just needed to get me a bumper to bumper 6Y/100K warrantee and a reasonably negotiated monthly payment a few dollars over my last payment and I was an easy sell.
