Not only would they not negotiate on price as Roseville Hyundai did via the internet, they would not offer anything close to a competitive APR on the loan. Unfortunately due to time constraints we did make a purchase there and then the fun truly began. They took nearly three weeks to pay off our traded vehicle costing us nearly two hundred in what should have been refunded to us. They merely kept this. And then imagine my surprise when the DMV sent me a renewal notice on the very vehicle we traded in over two months prior. Now a simple mistake I can understand but when the "Professional" on their staff told me and I quote "its just some fluke that the DMV keeps it registered in your name until we we sell it" I couldn't believe my ears. This is NOT the case and any vehicle that changes ownership in the State of CA or any state for that matter immediately is no longer titled or owned by the previous owner. I would never recommend, even to my ex mother in law dealing with this poor excuse for a car dealership or any of thier other stores. More
This dealer has higher markups on cars then I have ever seen.

The Chevy SSR is somewhat limited edition (around 16,000 units--though the salesman said 1,600 which is not true), but to add $15,000 on seen.

The Chevy SSR is somewhat limited edition (around 16,000 units--though the salesman said 1,600 which is not true), but to add $15,000 on a $48,000 car? That's a 30% premium! It's absurd, considering you can drive 20 minutes north and get one without that surcharge.

The Cadillac XLR had a $20,000 surcharge. Again, almost 30% surcharge because the model is popular, and again, not necessary since the cars are available elsewhere at sticker price.

Even car salesmen who formerly worked at this dealer complain about how bad the dealer is. But clearly, anyone with any sense would steer far clear of Team Cadillac/Chevy/Hummer and Hyundai (yes, Hyundai and Cadillac in the same dealer) More
