My fiance originally came in to service an existing vehicle that had some appearant mechanical issues. After discovering that the condition of the car was too expensive to repair, we were left with a s vehicle that had some appearant mechanical issues. After discovering that the condition of the car was too expensive to repair, we were left with a stressful situation to deal with. We were fortunate to have the Greg assist us in this matter. He was very helpful and listened to our situation, and was able to provide us with honest and unbiased advice. We decided to go with the option of purchasing another vehicle. Although we were reluctant to do so, he was very patient with us and was able to walk us through different scenarios and options that would work for us. We never felt pressured, and he was able to lead us towards vehicle options that best suited our needs and personal requirements. We ended up purchasing a new 2011 Chevy Equinox, and to this day we are very happy with our new vehicle. Sales person (Mauricio) was very friendly and not pushy. Everybody involved in sale (finance etc) was friendly. Took their time to answer any questions I had. I came to the Vallejo Team Superstore after searching Northern California dealerships for a 2012 red allure Hyundai Elantra. I originally worked with another dealership. My car had broken down and I was going without a car...I needed a new car. I had seen the Elantra months before and had fallen in love with it. I really loved the red color and, since I don't buy cars every day, I think I should get what I really wanted. As soon as I contacted Kari Jones at the Vallejo location, things changed. She was very friendly and I felt she really valued me as a customer. When I got to the dealership, the whole atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. They even had a sign on the car that said "Hold for Teri." I almost cried. As a woman who has not bought a car in over 10 years, I was a little nervous and intimidated. My previous experience with car dealerships always left me feeling like I had been taken advantage of. That didn't happen here. Kari and her manager worked with me to ensure that I had a great car and a deal I could live with. They took the fear out of it and it actually turned into a very joyful experience. The finance department and service department were also helpful. Leslie Musante was very good at communicating with me and setting up my service appointment. She also had great advice to share. I would (and have already) recommend this dealership. Kari Jones, in particular, was wonderful to work with. I felt that I made a friend...it wasn't as if someone was just trying to sell a car for the highest price. I felt she was honest and caring. By giving me top dollar for my trade and working on the price of the truck Team Chevrolet made it happen! I now own a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado with all the bells and whissles I want!! More
