My name is Katherine and I would like to take the time to thank Rocco Marconni for his excelent customer service. This will be my second purchase from Rocco and both purchases have been outstanding. I was on the hunt for a used car, but the little mom and pop lots I looked at did not look promising. My father called up Team Superstore and spoke with Rocco to see if he can help me and without hesitation, Rocco told us to swing by Team Superstore Chevy. I came there with little hope due to my credit history and score, but come to find out my score wasn't that bad. I had previously told Rocco, that I had dealt with another dealership that said I was not qualified for anything but private sellers. Rocco said not to worry for he will do everything in his power to help me out. I was suprised to find out, my credit wasn't too bad and that even a bank was willing to negotiate with me. Time for the fun part, Rocco showed me a few cars but due to my credit stance, I had to stay within a reasonable budget. Rocco showed me the newest addition to the lot which was a 2013 Chevy Spark. At first glance, I thought "It looks like a golf cart!!". But Rocco thoroughly explained to me why this vehicle would do me good. He stated, it would build up my credit, it's brand new, good on gas and no one else was driving it on the road. Its completely brand new! I was sold due to the facts he stated and I trusted his excellent salesmanship. All in all I left Team Superstores as a satisfied customer. Rocco also provided me with a free 1 time detailing and my first oil change is on the house. Rocco is one great salesman/business man who knows the ins and outs of the car business. He makes sure his customers are well taken cared of without hesitation. His service is very admirable!! That is why he gets 5 stars above and beyond in my book!! Thank you again Rocco!!!! :) More
My experience with this dealer was overall positive with three relatively minor exceptions: 1. During the negotiations the salesperson included in writing in the deal 3 free oil changes. However, when I came back later in the day to pick up the car and complete the paperwork in the financing department, "3" had been crossed out on the form I previously saw and replaced with "2." When I pointed out that I had originally been promised 3 free oil changes the salesperson was contacted and this issue was resolved and the final Due Bill (however, see no. 3 below) reflects 3 free oil changes. I do not know who crossed out the "3" and replaced it with a "2." 2. The paperwork I signed at the end of the negotiations specified the cash price and two other items, one of which was the sales tax, and the other of which the salesperson represented to be licence fees. However, the final Retail Installment Sale Contract I signed shows two non-governmental fees: 1) $80 for a Document Processing Charge; and 2) a $15.50 Electronic Vehicle Registration or Transfer Charge. The Document Processing Charge in particular does not appear to be a license fee as the salesperson indicated. In my opinion, the fees should have been clearly explained at the time of the negotiations. 3. The Due Bill I was given has another customer's name on it. I expect to have this resolved when I return to the dealer tomorrow. More
I have been to this dealer ship with my Sonata Hyundai-which I have never liked this car. Bought from Enterprise car sales-NEVER BUY FROM ENTERPRISE. I've always so enjoyed coming her, Team Superstores, as I loved dealing with Luis in service. He treats you like family. Luis is very informative, has great suggestions and works very hard to make sure I'm well taken care of. Well, I brought car in for service as I was going on long trip to take care of my ailing Mother. I was just cruising parking lot, at Team Superstores, waiting for my Hyundai (as I can NOT stand the Hyundai-very uncomfortable)and I ran into Rocco Marconni. Told him I was fine and that I was just having service on my Hyundai that I don't like. Well, before you know it Rocco joined me in a tour of the parking lot and the used vehicles and he found me the vehicle I really needed. It is a beautiful Chevy Equinox AWD. I fell in love with the vehicle after just sitting in it. Rocco is so sweet, kind and very respectful. He worked hard to get me a good deal. I was NOT happy with $ for my trade in though. Team offered me 19K just a couple of months ago,for this Hyundai, and they only gave me $13K but at this point I really found what I wanted. It's only money right!! HA Then Rocco sent me to Michael Hellpap. OHHHHHHHHH my what an incredible person he is. We had a connection the second I stepped into his office. This man has toured Iraq a few times and was severely injured due to it but you would NEVER know. He is so adorable, sweet, truthful and helpful in getting you the best deal for finances. He said nothing about Iraq I pulled it out of him. These men who serve our country never get enough praise and thank-you's. God Bless them. He really kept steering me back to getting my car financed but I kept asking him questions about Iraq, his beautiful wife in picture behind his desk and of course my financial strategy, so Team Superstores and Mr. Kenny Ross your doing a fine job with who you hire to run your dealership. You all truly touched me in one way or another. I LOVE coming here to bring car in for service!! I love buying vehicles from you. How many dealerships does anyone like going to for anything?? After a lengthy dealer search, A Google search led me to Team Superstores. I called and Rocco said he could make me a deal, and so I took a chance and went to meet with him. When I arrived, Arman Shahidzadeh let me take the car I was interested in for a test drive. That's when the "car buying" experience became more pleasant than I expected. They (Rocco, Arman and Micheal) were courteous, very knowledgable and worked furiously to make me happy...since I was intent on getting "my deal". My overall experience was great and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Team Superstores for your next car purchase. I have a large family, and I will definitely recommend them to my family/friends as well as any stranger that asks me about my car! More

We didn’t think it could get any better until the other day when we purchased a new 2012 Equinox AWD 1LT. A gentleman came out to greet us while we were looking around, his name was Rocco A.Marconni. With his knowledge of the Equinox and his great character we were in a new Equinox in less than little over an hour. He did what every dealership should do for the customer but doesn’t. We were treated with the utmost respect. We have been purchasing cars for over 40 years and this was the best experience we have ever had. We would not hesitate to purchase other vehicles and would highly recommend this dealership and their employees to all our friends. Red was an outstanding sales person, he was very respectful, courteous and helpful. He went the extra mile to ensure that I received the vehicle that I was looking at. His demonstrations was spot on when he went over the features of the CTS. The individual in the finance department was accommodating in explaining everything to me during the signing of documents. He went the extra mile to ensure that I understood what I was signing. I have thank them both for their professionalism in dealing with me during the purchasing of a New 2012 CTS Cadillac. I was able to go in and get to business immediately. I'm straight forward and direct and after explaining that to Glenn, he respected my wishes and got to work! I explained to him, that I didn't want to proceed looking at cars until we confirmed that I was going to leave with a car. Glenn did the credit check, ran some numbers and had an answer for me within 20-30 minutes. The Staff was friendly and helpful as well. I appreciate the fact that there were numerous perks when purchasing a car from this Dealership. New owner appreciation Dinner, the exercise gym, etc. My only complaint, is I was shown $522 as my monthly payment when speaking with Glenn. When I went home, I looked over the paperwork and noticed that my monthly payments are now $575.03. NOT GOOD. Had I known that, I definatley would've said something. Overall, the experience was good, and I would refer others, but would advise them to pay close attention to the numbers on their retail installment sale contract. If there's a chance that I can get my monthly payment lowered a little, I would very much be grateful. Rotonia More
