The dealership was super friendly. I have purchased a new vehicle before, and that kind of service is unheard of. I forgot my checkbook at home, 45 miles away, so he drove me to the nearest bank branch to have some printed out so we could close the deal that day. Here is my story... I owned a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport that I had been paying for 8 years, until I finally paid it off. With gas prices sky rocketing and my 60 mile daily commute to Vacaville, I found myself literally living paycheck to paycheck! I knew that the money I paid for gasoline alone was where I needed to make a change, but I was very, terrified of being taken for granted by another car salesman and being stuck paying for a vehicle outrageously overpriced with an even more outlandish interest rate, yet on the other hand I desperately NEEDED a reliable, economical vehicle. Initially I spoke with Sean the dealership manager. I told him my situation and he immediately had someone call to set up an appointment with me. I communicated to Mr. Marconni what my situation was and he assured me that he could get me into a car. Mr. Marconni, not only was able to get me into a car w/warranty, but he negotiated on my behalf for a great insurance rate for my car. I want to say thank you to Mr. Marconni and thank you to the dealership manager Sean for helping to get a car for myself and my children. I can now take my kids to school, to the park, the kids can now participate in different extra curricular activities and not have to wait on someone else to transport us. My husband saw a few spots on the car of maybe sap that didn't come off with the wash and they said I could come back to get it buffed off. I came back with some water spots on my car form sprinklers and what would normally cost $200 they did for free! So they remove the sap and the water spots which were probably my fault! They really did everything to make sure we were happy. I recommend Team Superstore to everyone. And they really take care of Military!! Make sure you ask for Rocco!!! More
