I had been searching for a used car and while working, I drove by the Vallejo Dealership and saw 4-5 Chevy Impalas starring at me. I had been dealing with another Chevy Dealership close by and was not at al drove by the Vallejo Dealership and saw 4-5 Chevy Impalas starring at me. I had been dealing with another Chevy Dealership close by and was not at all happy with the service I was getting, making me reluctant to buy the car I wanted from them. I did not know what to expect at Team Superstores, however when approached by Rocco, he listened to what I had to say and what I wanted. Eventhough I only had 30 minuetes between jobs I showed him the car I was interested in, we went inside and he filled our the credit application for me, he told me it would me 10-15 minutes until there was a descison. I had to go back to work and he respected that and I walked out of the dealership, with no hassle! As he said he called back in 15 minutes to let me know he had good news. After work I brought my wife, my 6 year old daughter, and my father. We test drove the car I first choose and it wasnt a perfect match, again NO hassle from Rocco. He found another car and brought it around (didnt make my wife & daughter walk in the cold) and we liked this one even better. With his hard work, we got in the car we wanted, at the price we could afford, including gap insurance and a lower interest rate than the other dealership we had been dealing with. Overall, Roccos customer service, and compassion towards his customers makes him a valuable asset to Team Superstores. I have already told several people that when they are in the market for a new/used car they have to visit Team Superstores and experience Roccos customer service. He makes you feel like a friend more than a customer. Our only stop from now on when in need of a new car will be Team Superstores and we will be looking for ROCCO! More

So yeah my situation was DESPERATE and definitely in need of a MIRACLE. God willing i have been able to get to work the last couple of weeks because i work the oddest hours (430am to 1pm) and it is hard finding someone willing to get up that early and drive you 45 minutes away. And I have to get to work I'm the only source of income for my household and can't be stressing about how we will survive if i cant get to work and even worse lose my job. I originally wanted the 2007 dodge magnum and came in hoping to get that car but that didn't work out but Rocco pushed and pushed to get me something similar. Rocco treated me with respect and truly cared about helping get a car, he is very down to earth and and made me feel very comfortable. He shared things with me from his personal life and that put me at ease knowing he puts his all into his work and I'm not just a dollar sign to him and honestly I felt like I known him for years. Rocco is really a great guy and has the best kind of personality and compassion for a salesperson. He wasn't pushy but pushed mountains to get me a car loan and a car i was happy with. After all his hard work and the help of his boss he was able to work a miracle and get me into a 2011 Chevy Malibu, much newer and with way less miles on it. I never thought i would be able to get a new car and never imagined it would be so quick and easy for me but Rocco made it happen and i look at my car and say is this really mines and yes it is thanks to team superstores and more importantly Rocco Marconni.I plan on getting my next car from here and definitely letting everyone I know and anyone who tells me they are looking for a car to go see Rocco at team superstores. I can go on and on telling how great this experience was and how hard Rocco worked to help me but you should just go down and see Rocco if you are looking to get a car. You wont be disappointed and he will truly do everything to get you a car. If you need a miracle Rocco is the man to see.
