Marvin and Rocko were the best guys to work with. My husband's birthday was the day we went in and they could not have been nicer. While they did not come down much in price, they did however get us an husband's birthday was the day we went in and they could not have been nicer. I heard about them on the radio on 107.7 The Bone on the Lamont and Tonelli show in the morning. They always have such great things to say about this dealership and I figured I would check it out and they did nto disappoint. More

It was an early Saturday morning, I drove into Team Superstores- Chevrolet, Cadillac, Mazda, Hyundai dealership that's all I was expecting to do. The place had a wide selection of cars to truck new and used , I had to get a closer look . I parked and that's when it happen, a few feet away were 2 used cars that were almost in my price range. Then out of nowhere a sales person approaches me with a welcome smile and a friendly handshake always nice to see this kind of greeting . I was sure I was going to get a big sales pitch like the old rumors say, I was wrong. Rocco Marconni didn't try to sell me a car or show me deals they were advertising. This gentleman actually listened as I talked and explain what I was looking for , what price range , style , color and most of all mention the car is for my wife . Rocco know his car inventory and quickly points out exactly what we were looking for , a selection of more that 4 car and in the price range as well..... Small problem though, my wife will be making the deal and on the shy side. Smoothly Rocco contacts his co-worker Kari Jones a female salesperson to show my wife all the cars that were line up for us to view which was HUGE PLUS since most of the dealerships are mostly male . As I watch from outside of the car my wife was very relaxed talking to Kari because she was very helpful, patient ,not pressuring my wife , and really listen to my wife's needs wow,luv it so professional. We finally chosen a car so we jump in for a test ride for 2 mile while Rocco takes all my information I gave him and started working with the number while were taking a spin. Kari was driving the car and pointing out the features and performance of the car from the test drive all the way till we drove off the lot. I am so grateful to see a female in this kind of work field because I know it does get difficult to work when most of your co-works are mainly male. Kari is a tuff lady I've notice and she will surprise you with the knowledge she has about the company , cars and truck, and the way she has a gift to ((( RELATE ))) to customers. 5 days a week most of us force ourselves to work and some of us wish we had a better job. Looking at this from a customers view ,if this is how you feel either you need to quit and give all your co-workers and their customers a big break and quit or be apart of the team to make your work environment happy and inviting for others too. I believe happy workers produce quality work and success will follow. I just had to bring this up because I went threw 5 + dealerships, ran away from one and I cannot believe the last dealership just looked at us for over 10 mins without any greetings or just a smile. Fire that guy and just buy the company a box of paper clip that would do a better job than him. Rocco and Kari set a great example of how team work is all about almost for got to mention Javier Fierro finance manager , so amazing to watch them take care of us from beginning to end. I also want to add , this dealership is so much (((KID FRIENDLY))) so don't feel you have to leave your kids home bring them and make it a family visit because they'll treat just like family. I'm sharing this used car buying experience with all of you viewers out there to come visit this dealership , its hidden behind the freeway in Vallejo like a Diamond in the rough. I highly recommend everyone to come see or even ask question about cars, credit,payments,or loans. Overall, my experience with the Team Superstores Chevrolet was pretty solid, considering this was my first car purchase. But the sales associate Marvin was straightforward and friendly enough for me to actually feel comfortable shopping around for a car in the lot. Very informative at that. I appreciate the fact that he knew enough about the fact that I was looking for a specific car, and made decent offers next to that notion. As far a financing the car, I had to the pleasure of working with the manager Rocco Marconni, and I must say that I was highly impressed with the seriousness of helping me out with actually taking me as an important client. I highly respect his service as far as informing me everything and anything that will be important in purchasing a car, and because of that I ended up giving him my okay as far as closing a deal on a car that was extremely out of my budget. The only hiccup that came about my interaction of the used car was the price, the retailer wasn't willing to budge to compete with another scion's price in a different lot, but the reason of that had to do with the competitor specifically that they were competing against so I had no choice but to comply. The great part about that is that I was able to get a low interest rate on my vehicle purchase thanks to Rocco, and he also went out of his way to find a great deal on a comprehensive insurance plan for me in order to afford it. If it wasn't for Rocco's command and tenacity, I probably would have left the dealership. Even up to this very moment, a few days outside the purchase, I've noticed a few issues that didn't caught my eye on the car, but the main general manager of the store along with Rocco were willing to go out of my their way to compensate for the issues at that point. By all means, when I graduate and start making some really good money, my first dealership choice will definitely be over here. The folks definitely have your back at this lot, and I'm still surprised that I made it out with a highly impressive used car. More

Team chevy is THE BEST dealer ship I've dealt with in my short time dealing with vehicles, I came into the dealership out of options and pretty much giving up hope. These guys were such a tremendous help that they have earned my business for life and I will always recommend these guys to everyone I know, Armad and Rocko were able to identify what we had and what our options were. They got to work right away to see what we can do, in the time we were there they kept me in the loop to let me know what process of getting us into the truck we wanted and how they were going to get us in there. After much haggling I sure Rocko did something I gave up on and that was getting us a financed truck at the right price. Then when we spoke to the finance person Dale, he was so energetic and friendly that I if he wanted to sell me on 5 cars I would've been more than willing to do more business with him and the team. I can't describe how much these guys are THE BEST and they did what they could to help us and our growing family . I went to Chevrolet on March 28th to find a reasonable car within my price range. I am only 19 years old and saved money for a long time to purchase a vehicle on my own. Too many you do not have enough money, you're too young to sign this car alone, the bank will not loan you that amount with the other dealerships, but at Team Chevrolet and with the help of Rocco Marconni everything was different. Everyone was friendly and understood my circumstances. There was never a time I felt pressured to purchase a car I did not want or that I could not afford. Marconni helped me every step on the way, and worked really hard with me to get the car I wanted and at a price reasonable for me. He even pulled the miracle of me being able to purchase my vehicle under my name with no cosigner. Team Chevrolet will work miracle with anyone who walks in the door and it is truly the place you need to go when you're looking for a vehicle. They work with you and never pressure you into any uncomfortable circumstances. Marconni made it possible for me to drive off in a 2005 Toyota Camry. GO HERE TO BUY A VEHICLE!
