I needed to find a new car quickly before college classes started. My mother and I went to numerous dealerships and just couldn't quite find what we were looking for-and we were on a budget. Then we came to Team Superstores and got a new car in our budget for LESS than a used car. Rocco Marconni greeted us immediately with confidence and a great deal of knowledge. He helped us find all kinds of ways to save money, one way being through military discount. I was skeptical at first because when Rocco told us I could get a new car for the price of a used one, I thought there might be tricks involved to get more money out of us-but he really took us under his wing and broke down and explained everything clearly. He was very accommodating as well, since my bored little 4-year-old brother had to go car shopping with us. Rocco made sure to bring us snacks and waters and really cared about my situation, being a college student whose first car had been completely crushed. Plus, my birthday was the next day! I didn't feel as though my mother and I were just a couple of customers, which eased the situation tremendously. I ended up getting a very nice and new Chevy Cruze that day.I definitely recommend Team Superstores and Rocco Marconni if you want great service, a team that understands your situation and wants to help, and people who have all kinds of knowledge under their belts! Wanted to try a different make of Hybrid cars. After reviewing the Edmonds and Consumer reports, I found Hyundai Sonata Hybrid to be an interesting car. I immediately went to a dealership. It was not a good experience due dishonestly with customer. I actually gave up on the Sonata Hybrid until I remembered coming across a Hyundai dealership in Vallejo while visiting my son during the Christmas holiday. I wanted to give it one last try to purchase a Sonata Hybrid. I placed a call to the Vallejo Hyundai dealership and received a warm voice, "Good morning Art Gonzalez, internet sales manager, how may I help you", that was the beginning of a great experience in purchasing a car. I purchased the 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited in mid January. Art Gonzalez of Team Superstores was my sales person. Even on the phone, I feel he's a very personable and no pressure salesman. He goes above and beyond to find out what I need to know and want to know about the Sonata Hybrid including the "how-to" ship a car to Hawaii. Because of the incentives given by Hyundai and the dealership during January promotion, we were able to come to a out-the-door price within two days over the phone. Art spent time making sure I understood all the features of the car even after I signed the purchase contract and paid for the car. The outstanding point of this transaction was his concern for his customer in paying the sales tax, knowing I am purchasing the car from Hawaii, he suggested I pay the tax in Hawaii rather than California, saving me close to two thousand dollars. I have purchased different cars, dealing with many sales people in the past. Art Gonzalez is a remarkable representation of Team Superstores. He really deserved a 5 plus star review. His team exceeded my expectations in customer service. This is my first time writing a review on Yelp, I cannot say enough good things about him and the staff at Team Superstores, Vallejo. I have to say my car buying experience was great! ....after driving an older toyota camry for many years I decided it was time for a new car. TEAM CHEVROLET was highly recommended to him through his friends, as they knew the staff and had had had a good buying experience themselves there as well. He went into the dealership, spoke with Rocco in regards to what purchase would better suit me. Once we came to an agreement the staff at TEAM CHEVROLET contacted me via phone, moved forward with the process and within a couple hours I was approved and ready to pick up my purchase. Within the hour I was on my way to Vallejo from the central valley and arrived within a couple hours. I have to say walking in to finalize the paperwork was an awesome experience! Immediately we were greeted by Rocco Marconni and the personnel, who were extremely polite and ready to answer any questions or concerns. I have to say I felt like Royalty,,, big smiles and handshakes all the way around. My car was ready, detailed with a full tank of gas, paperwork organized and awaiting my signatures. After finalizing paperwork, Rocco was extremely helpful with setting up my Onstar and educating me on all the features in my car and made me completely comfortable in knowing that I could always contact them if I had any questions at all what so ever. The entire process was wonderful and extremely painless. I went home a happy gal, despite the long drive home, but allll worth it! And I will say it again as I told Rocco, when I'm ready for another purchase or upgrade I will DEFINITELY come back to TEAM CHEVROLET!!! And would highly recommend them without hesitation! After Visiting this dealership A few Months ago, looking for that perfect deal on a New Cadillac Escalade. I was a bit skeptical... and then today (2-6-2014) I stop by with my wife to see if that deal was for that perfect deal on a New Cadillac Escalade. After a while of chatting with him we both realized that we had met months ago at Team Superstore.. I then Told him that I felt Blown off that last time I was here, and if it wasn't for my wife I wouldn't be here now. Rocco immediately apologized for that, but he also went out of his way to show me that he actually did listen to all I said that day Months Ago. he pulled me up in his Database with all the Notes and even the kind of vehicle I was looking for. At that moment I knew that I was wrong and this Salesman was really trying to help me. He had Only one Used Escalade to sell but it was in great condition and had all the Options I wanted. My wife and I sat down with him, and didn't get up until we were driving off the Lot with My new Escalade. This was By far the Best experience I have ever had with any Car salesman, Rocco took his time to help get the Financing in order and make it happen right then and there. My wife and I really appreciated that, and having little time to stick around we both had work and other engagements, But it was Truly a team effort. it took maybe 15min to Sign all the paperwork and get out of the door.
