My Experience at Team Superstores IN August 2013, I received a pre-approval letter to purchase a car from Team Superstores. I was in need of purcasing and put had been procrasinating. IN August 2013, I received a pre-approval letter to purchase a car from Team Superstores. I was in need of purcasing and put had been procrasinating. I immediately called the number in the letter and go a gentleman name Rocco Marconni. I explained that I had received the pre-approved letter and he set an appoinment for that afternoon. I showed up at the show room about 2:30 PM and met Rocco. He started to work immediately on getting me qulaified for a car. During our discussion, we found out that I work on the same military installation that his cousin works on. He finally got everytihng completed and I left in a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic. About a year later, I was having my car serviced and I saw Rocco. I told him that I had a question and he said what is your question. I told him I was thinking about getting a Chevrolet Cruz. He took me immediately to his office and told me that he was not working today but got anotehr salemans to assist me. unfortunatley the sale person could not help me and left very disappointed. I was having my car serviced again on October 22, 2014 and I saw Rocco again. I told him about my disappointment and he asked me how much time I had becuase he was going to a manditory meeting and would meet with me as soon as the meeting was over. Sure enough, he staight out of the meeting and found me. WE completed the paperwork and I left in a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu. I love my car and thanks to the hard work of Rocco to make sure I was not disappointed again. In the future, when I need a car, I will call Rocco. Thomas L. Lawson More

Really disappointed I called during the week to schedule an oil change for my 2015 mazda on Saturday. I was told they open at 7am and they could get me in first thing. I also explained the miles on my car and asked how much the oil change would be.... Turns out they don't open up until 8am, and the oil change I needed was 89$!!!! How can you mess up your open time that bad and give someone such wrong information? I came from Santa Rosa so the drive was not a quick one. I also have a very tight budget, which is the reason I asked how much the oil change was ahead of time. When I was told 89$ I knew I couldn't afford it and had to use my credit card. I also received a phone call the day before confirming my 7am appt, even though my car wouldn't be worked on until 8am... I was so happy when I bought this car here but so disappointed with the front desk staff and how badly my Saturday morning started off. More
