2015 Chevrolet Cruze This was my first experience in purchasing A! Brand! New! Car! ...and it was wonderful! I had a lot of trepidation; I know my credit situation is This was my first experience in purchasing A! Brand! New! Car! ...and it was wonderful! I had a lot of trepidation; I know my credit situation is considered a challenge. I thought "Well the worst they can do is tell me no." Not only did they tell me yes, they managed to bring the price down, the finance charge down and thus - the monthly payment down from what was originally quoted. I worked with Rocco Marconni, and he apparently is a miracle worker. I am usually skeptical and questioning about salespeople. Not the case here. Genuinely kind and concerned. Rocco is the best! The finance department was very expedient and succinct. Everyone was very good in explaining everything each step of the way. I walked out of the dealership in a couple of hours with my new 2015 Chevy Cruze with 17 miles on the odometer. I will definitely recommend Team Superstores to everyone looking for a new car. They helped me trade in my Chevrolet Tahoe in 2012 and in just the last week I was able to 'upgrade' my SS Camaro to a 2014 model. The latter wouldn't have been possible if it were not for ROCCO MARCONNI- Assistant Manager to the stars! I received Rocco's email regarding my selection to partake in Team's vehicle exchange program. Intrigued, I responded and was able to meet with Rocco at my convenience. From his first handshake and smile, I could tell how professional and personable he is. He walked me through the steps of the exchange program, patiently answering my questions and concerns. Rocco was very prompt in returning my calls and emails to him even when he was out of town. He went out of his way in helping me get an approval for that 2014 Camaro, even personally following up with the credit union for me. I can't say enough about Rocco Marconni. He went above and beyond my expectations. One can tell he loves what he does and loves helping people. If Rocco's boss is reading this, Rocco deserves a promotion and a big fat raise!! I received an email at the right time in my life because I was looking to refinance my car with a bank or whom ever would give me a good rate....then something wonderful happened. I opened my email from Team Chevrolet; they were offering a promotion to Exchange my vehicle for another. I was confused at first, because I thought it must be some kind of "catch" to it...so I decided to ask about it. It was within minutes I got a direct phone call from ROCCO MARCONNI at Team Chevrolet-Vallejo California. He answered my questions and in fact, not only did he answer my questions He gave me information that totally blew me away....Long story short- Rocco not only put me in a NEW CAR....but I now I have a LOWER CAR PAYMENT as well as LOWER INTEREST RATE. Rocco is professional, friendly and he honestly wants you to get you in a car that you want. Then, if ever there was any doubt of what paperwork and contracts that I needed signed when it came time to sign all documents, JAVIER FIERRO in Administration totally explained all contracts to me that it took the worry and long process out of finalizing the typical auto buying experience. Javier explained everything and the process was quick, concise and simple. Very friendly and professional as well. Then, just like that, I had my new "keyfob" in hand and Rocco was escorting me to my new Chevrolet Cruze. My commute to work will be fun again. Somebody slap me!....I thought I was dreaming. So far its real, because I go to my garage and I look and "smell" my brand new car....I am awake and that is my impressive buying experience. Thank you all for helping me.
