This is a large dealership and very busy. The internet sales contact (Cady) was very attentive and personable. I was buying a Certified pre-owned Honda Ridgeline and took a bus from Mobile to The internet sales contact (Cady) was very attentive and personable. Worst Experience Ever: CHolmes, is a muppet and worst sales person ever. I was interested in a vehicle at the South Location but I noticed some imperfections on the vehicle and the leather interior had a sales person ever. I was interested in a vehicle at the South Location but I noticed some imperfections on the vehicle and the leather interior had a strong odor. I was told that it can be repaired upon purchase. Then I asked that the hood be lifted and it had plenty of brown leaves. Since he said it all will be taken care of I went back for the car, just to be told that none of my concerns will be addressed and to take the car as is. So I definitely declined. So I chose the Cr-v. Now it’s time to go to the finance office, please stay away from Anthony Williams-Tony. Initially he gives me a great APR better than my bank than as we got closer to finalizing the deal he kept manipulating the numbers now the APR is higher, but I settled. Here’s the bomber. I decided to pay the taxes upfront but I didn’t have all the funds with me. So CHolmes say write a post dated check and he will ride with me to go it-(hungry for a sale they said) As we were driving the vehicle back, it jerked and he asked what was it. Anyway to shorten this. While sitting in the vehicle at the dealership with the insurance company the gas light came on and the tire pressure light. He offered me $5.00 to put gas in a SUV I noticed that with all of the other vehicles that I was interested in he offered me the car fax but not on the CrV. I am so glad I made the right decision to let him and Tony the thief keep the car . I later pulled the carfax, it shows that the vehicle had damages Please watch the number man at the dealership. Like Tony said they are out to make money even if that means Ripping you off. More

We had agreed on a price over the phone. I told them I had to drive from New Orleans to Baton Rouge so I'd like to have a verbal agreement before arriving. Once there they raised the price nearly 15% from what was agreed upon and actually let me walk out without keeping their word. One of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had in sales. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

My Honda was struck by lightning 6 weeks ago! I towed it to Team Honda where service advisor Patrick and master technician Jeremy carefully diagnosed & tested my car. They explained everything to me in a way that I could understand what was going on from a service standpoint. Patrick was extremely efficient in keeping me up to date by phone calls and text messages. Not once did I have to call to check on the status or costs associated with my car. Master tech Jeremy even helped me retrieve my personal items from my car when he saw me outside piling them up. In the end they gave me news I didnt want to hear, but their honesty ultimately led me over to Derrick and David in the sales department. They wasted no time starting the sales process for me so that I could get back on the road ASAP! The sales staff were all very kind and professional. They made me feel comfortable by answering all of my many questions along the way. Before i knew it, I was in finance with Anthony signing the paperwork on my new car and on a great deal he gave me for a top of the line 4 year warranty! The peace of mind that gives me is priceless! In the end, they didnt break the bank! I got a great deal on another car that is newer, has less mileage. AND a 4 year warranty! The entire experience overall was nothing short of excellent! They turned my unfortunate experience and the dread I felt over having to buy another car unexpectedly, into one that was fun, easy and ultimately put me in a much better position overall. I worked in a service department for many years. It's the kind of job that keeps you super busy all day. Most people that walk in don't want to be there in the first place because it's very difficult to be without a vehicle or to take off of work and wait while repairs are being done. When you truly know the process, it can in a way, make a customer like me even more difficult to deal with. I can honestly say that all staff members I dealt with literally exceeded all of my expectations. I will remain a Team Honda customer for life! #WHOS NEXT? More

Of course, "due to pandemic and supply shortages, we will order your Accord." Team Honda of Acadiana took a non-refundable $1,000 deposit from me in November to "hold" the Accord that "was going to be built for us", with the promise that this reserved Accord would arrive in January 2022 "at the latest, maybe it will come in December", they said. Well, January came and went. Then February 2022 came and went, and Team Honda of Acadiana is telling my wife and I that the car "Might be here in March 2022." In my 30 years of buying cars, from Toyotas, other Hondas to Lexus, I have never seen such TERRIBLE SERVICE from a Dealership. If you can deal with a different Honda dealer, please do! Honda is a great product, but you must AVOID TEAM HONDA OF ACADIANA! More
