Team Gillman Honda North responded

Honda of Spring recommended coolant system hoses due to being worn, dry rot, and split. The work was declined by the customer and Honda of Spring did not or would not do work not approved by a customer which would include loosening, taking off or moving a clamp on a coolant hose. Honda of Spring gave several recommendation for needed maintenance work that was declined by the customer.

Which one is it? "Did not" or "would not"? The point is the hose clamp was moved and my car has only been to Honda of Spring!!! So who moved the clamp? It wasn't me and it can't move itself. Maybe the technician moved it and forgot. Either way, it was moved and my engine could have been seriously damaged!!! And why did you mention the declined service? Is that why the clamp was moved and not put back?

ALL LIES BY HONDA OF SPRING!!!! I have the paperwork from my visit and coolant hose replacements were NOT recommended and are NOT on the paperwork!!!! The technician moved the clamp and almost cost me my engine!!!! Notice that Honda of Spring STILL has NOT offered an apology!!! And I've been a FAITHFUL AND LOYAL customer!!!
