The best experience I've ever had at a car dealership and I've owed 4 brand new Honda's in 3 different countries. Darnell Frank along with the Service Team went above and beyond to correct a horrible experi I've owed 4 brand new Honda's in 3 different countries. Darnell Frank along with the Service Team went above and beyond to correct a horrible experience I had in another state and they made a rattling sound completely disappear when I was told that there was nothing that could be done. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I'm officially a "Honda for Lifer"!! More

Horrible customer service. My mother in law purchase a battery from this location. Note this isn't the location she got her car from , but was the closest location to where she My mother in law purchase a battery from this location. Note this isn't the location she got her car from , but was the closest location to where she lives to get a new battery. They gave her a 100 month warranty battery which they have not honored.. their system supposedly do not have record of the transaction. When my wife went up there she literally got cuss out by a rep in the office saying "I ain't looking up xxxx" I have never heard of a dealership doing this. The battery literally says Honda and 100 month warranty on the battery. Horrible place. More
