And they answered every question to complete satisfaction and professionalism. Great team work between Zeth and Miguel as well as Keith. Although 6:30 pm they es Ted to asure the best services while getting me in out with high quality standards. They took care of me got me in out truly together as a team right before closing. Courtesy respect their smiles and a sense of pertinence shines through a customer service experience I had not had at this location since 2020! I went back to you all because last week I walked in and saw you were not closed and you were remodeling and I was greeted by Eric Schneider incredibly welcoming and courteous, patient sensitive great expertise as well active listening and eye contact. He explained you were literarily about to close in 10 minutes but to come back into his area he gave me his business card which included cell number. I asked many questions, and he answer everyone of them beyond perfection and explained how your system of checking in worked and digital camera experience and feedback as well as the price and I had a coupon but expired but he said we will honor it give you $20.00 off. He explained the point checkup and I was sold. I was was truly impressed with his expertise and customer service he was that part puzzle I was missing to entice me to trust in you again! ! Eric is a integral part of Gillman team and he brought me back to you. Since 2020 I have not been back for services for my 2008 Honda Civic! Kudos to him! As for Zeth and Miguel they tagged team to do my service yesterday and truly appreciate their professionalism expertise and values that represent what Honda stands for Excellence! Mr. Keith Morris took care of me as the service advisor since Mr Eric Schneider not in. I arrived without an appointment and was helped immediately. Thuan was attentive to my problem, promptly located my car in the system, and took care of it.
