Totally disrespected. I specially told the salesman and Neil Pratt that I was pre-approved with Capital one Bank to finance my vehicle. But, Mr. Pratt applied for a car l I specially told the salesman and Neil Pratt that I was pre-approved with Capital one Bank to finance my vehicle. But, Mr. Pratt applied for a car loan with several banks against my wishes, anyway. And after complaining to the manager, he simply told my that I should be happy that Neil "tried to help me" Disrespected again, I'm 54 years old and I don't need no one disrespecting me in such a manner...I'm an African American Female.
