Had my 2019 Honda Accord towed to Honda of Spring because it wouldn't start or signal a fault. The warranty didn't cover the issue because the issue was incurred by an unforeseen situation. They was able to get the new part & labor done on the house. It would have been completely on me to pay had they not been generous & considerate of the unforeseen situation. The problem with the vehicle was solved. Although it took 5 hours to diagnose and replace a battery which the service advisor correctly suspected at time of write up.
