They were outstanding on an online out of town sale. My 2010 truck was totaled and I found an identical match. It was a special package F-150 FX4 MaxTow loaded 4dr white crew cab. Only difference was my old truck had shortest bed and this one had the next size up out of like 7 different bed lengths making it 6” to 8” longer. It also had the Navigation screen Sony Radio with sub were my old one did not so that was an up grade. The interior was in the same mint condition as my old truck. It was uncanny driving it home. I drove a rental there and felt like I drove my own truck home back to Alabama that night. I paid in cash and while they were busy that afternoon they got my paper processed and handed me the keys. It was more like driving old truck home after picking it up from a repair shop or something than getting a totally new vehicle. Learning the new Sony radio was fun. I am at the age were I like consistency and security. My old truck was in perfect condition before someone ran a red light and totaled it. It was mine paid and cleared with no mechanical issues in great condition inside and out. It’s condition got me top value from the insurance company but not too optimistic that I could replace it without paying out of my pocket. This is were Gillman’s comes in to play. They had the right truck for the right price at the right time for the right person, me. That was close to two years ago. My sales person was outstanding. Very nice and caring about people beyond just making the sale. I can’t spell his name without looking at his card but “Z” was great. The guy in finance was also great. My one piece of advice is to call about method of payment if you plan on paying “cash” because cash is getting hard to use from the time you get it at the bank to the time you hand it to a vendor thanks to the government. Ask your bank and car dealer about electronic methods. There are new or rather now in use electronic transfer and debit for large sum transactions. They were nice doing the cash but there is government paper work to do. 5 out of 5 Stars experience for me at GILLMANS!!!! More

Team Gillman told me that I would get the SUV I wanted and I did, but not only that they sent transportation to pick me up so I could get there. My car had been stolen twice the second time they destroyed and I did, but not only that they sent transportation to pick me up so I could get there. My car had been stolen twice the second time they destroyed it so it was totaled, also got my banking information and tried to clean me out.
