The sales lady Jamie was delightful and no pressure ( with was to my surprise). The manager Ali was great ,not pressuring. and really tried to work to get us into the vehicle! We came to Team Gillman Honda last Friday 4/7/2023 to look at a 2023 Honda Pilot. The experience was not short of anything but horrible. They tried to rip us off by first offer our 2011 CRV for only 4k w look at a 2023 Honda Pilot. The experience was not short of anything but horrible. They tried to rip us off by first offer our 2011 CRV for only 4k while NADA values at 8K. Furthermore, to insult our intelligence, they jacked up the protection package from $350 to $4990 and said that they put that on every car. Also the MSRP on the vehicle was only around 46K for the touring model, they jacked up to almost 49K and said that it is MSRP. So with all the math done, they lowed ball on the trade in and jacked up prices on everything else over MSRP, and this would allow them to get our trade-in car for free. Their sale man called me and I explained exactly why we chose not to do business with them and he had nothing to say. This confirmed their scheme and tactic that were used just to rip us off. Do not come to this dealership if you don't want to get ripped off! And don't get fooled with all the 5 stars reviews since many of them didn't even know they got ripped off, I bet. More
