I was interested in purchasing a 2025 Honda Pilot Elite. I made an offer that was accepted via email communication. After waiting several hours for a purchase order that never came. Alejandro Sanchez rep I made an offer that was accepted via email communication. After waiting several hours for a purchase order that never came. Alejandro Sanchez replied back that "we did agree on numbers but after talking to my manager the best I can do is MSRP + TTL due to it being an elite and there being close to none on the market at the moment." Really disgusted they dont talk to managers before making written deals that they subsequently break. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
