So I called as my AC is blowing 100 degrees unless I get it on freeway at high speed same as last time. So I was told by the manager let me send you a chart of temps ford sent us. Then she's says after I said it got to 65 on freeway at high speed sometime we'll thats close to what ford says it should be. Did she not hear me I told her it stays around 100 to 80 degrees in car an I did get it to 65 when it was 90 out when I got it out onto the freeway. No she had to say well that’s close to what it should be. This place thinks they are the only ones that know about cars. I have monitored it daily seen it get worse and worse and worse I even told this manager this that I know there is an issue. But she just did not at all get it no no no. All she could say is it is close to what it should be. She took one thing out of all I said to try and till me there was no issues. You know this TEAM FORD will let’s not say team as this place found the ME in the word The first time I brought it in for the AC I was told the factory did not charge it all the way. How in the world would they even know this. So did they ask how it worked when I picked it up with 15 miles on it no AC blew cold, did they ask me how it’s been working no at 3,000 miles is when issues started so no they did not ask car AC worked great for the first couple thousand miles so how in this world could they even say it was under filled at factory. So they vacuumed system an recharged man it worked great did I say it was even 110 plus degrees out. So when the issues started again do they not think I would not notice this but no it’s been all about them. If I could do zero stars I would The same manager that told me to bring it in the second time that they would look at it and when I got there the AC Tec was not even there no no no she as a manager a trusted leader did not even know what could or could not be done that day no instead she wasted my valuable time and went down hill from there More

Staff were very professional. During this unthinkable time with the coronavirus we felt like they cared for our safety. Chad wasn't pushy and was a perfect salesman. I liked the fact that Dave B., my car sales man understood what I was looking for with in the monthly payment that I was wanting to pay even though the vehicle I was looking at was out of my monthl understood what I was looking for with in the monthly payment that I was wanting to pay even though the vehicle I was looking at was out of my monthly payment plan. sold a damaged vehicle - no rentall provided for time it was as i had to return my vehicle to ford, to fix it. as the vehicle came with broken parets it was under warranty so it was fixed. i had to take out a re as i had to return my vehicle to ford, to fix it. as the vehicle came with broken parets it was under warranty so it was fixed. i had to take out a rental for 2 weeks. now ford claims that as i didn't rent a ford car they don't re-reimbursed me nothing for the rental. no rental service was offered to me at the local ford shop at all, just the main number to call. Ford's mistake cost me $3,000 Very nice people. However, Ford pulled a bait and switch they refuse to resolve. They offered an extra $3,000 rebated and confirmed I was eligible. Af Very nice people. After I purchased the truck they said the offer is valid but I should have never received it. The dealer said it is a corporate problem, corporate said it is a dealer problem. The regional office said it is a real offer but due to technical issues it was sent to me by mistake and the "computer algorithm" should have never sent me the offer. However, other people who have different internet browsing history and thier marketing campaign targets can receive it..... Renny Locke, Zone Rep at the Pheonix Regional office pretty much told me to kick rocks and even though Ford sent me the offer it is still my problem. According to him, they can't apply the rebate because of the algorithm which did not select me and that would be discrimination.... xxx, really???? Soo everyone admits it is a valid offer that I actually received. However, because Ford messed up and I received the offer by accident it is my problem and I get screwed out of $3,000. Awesome!! Sending a mailed letter to every Ford Executive in the company and emailing the first 200 VP's I can find. Ford made $157 Billion Dollars last year and they make a $3K error on their end and make it the customers problem????? Not cool. More
