Made me wait 2 hours for a oil change. Then told me it would be another 2 hours. One of the service advisors started to argue with me and then call me a fn xxxxxxx. Took back my car and left. So I’m thinking about buying a Mustang GT500. I search AutoTrader and find an add from Team Ford for a blue one at a great price. I text them and just get a run around. Then on Monday I get a call back AutoTrader and find an add from Team Ford for a blue one at a great price. I text them and just get a run around. Then on Monday I get a call back from a salesman. I ask is they sell the car at MSRP or is there a dealer add. He says they don’t put a dealer add to any of their cars, what car am I interested in? I said the GT500 advertised. He corrects himself and says the GT500 DOES have a dealer add. Then says they don’t have any GT500s. So they are advertising a car for sale that they don’t have at a price they wouldn’t sell it for even if they did have it. No integrity whatsoever. More
