Sir respectfully Chris Goeschel. I own a ford truck that I brought and God bless is fully pay..the sell person took care of me great customer service. But I can't say the the same about the dealer service adviser Stephanie Rhode lack of communication lies. I took other car that I brought a ford edge 2015. Has I explain my car broke down on the freeway. My wife was driving. I town the truck home and we installed a new starter. My private it mechanic told me that was not the starter but it looks that was the flexplate and maybe flexplate and something else. So I told him that is best to bring it to ford dealer service that they are professionals and have all the tools. So I did, I told told Stephanie about what happened and about the new starter we installed...she told me for the inspection will be over 300$. A week later she call me and told me that my starter was bad. I was like what? I just told you I had a new starter installed in the car. So I took my old starter and talk to Stephanie and ask her that I need to talk to the mechanic. So I talk to the dealer mechanic and he told me is the starter and I explain same thing that I explain to Stephanie Rhodes service adviser that I installed a new starter in and that my personal mechanic told me the flexplate was damaged and maybe the real main zeal. So after dealer mechanic remove the new starter and I ask is there any way to test them? He replied yes he test my new starter and was good my old starter and was good. I asked him see the starter is not the problem check the flexplate. So he when and grab a dealer starter and install in the car and noticed the same problem. Finally he noticed that the flexplate was broken and told Stephanie. After weeks and call and when and talk to Stephanie Rhodes service adviser about update s about my car and why she hasn't call me. I guess she was busy. She confirmed that was my flexplate and that they are waiting for parts to give her a week she will call me and price less then 3000$. Ok I told her just fix my car to Short this bad customer service. I got my car back flexplate was fix but a week later my car was leaking oil from the engine. I took it to Stephanie and I told her that my car was not leaking oil. She told me but we didn't work in the engine. I told her well the flexplate transmission and engine they all are connected together and the leak is coming from the flexplate area were they work maybe the real main zeal was damaged and you mechanic didn't inspection the area around the flexplate by the seal...she took pictures of the car and told me that I had to recall that she will fix and she noticed a light on my car on. I told her those recalls I call you long time ago and you yous never call me back why u didn't fix my recall same time you guys fix my flexplate? I pay over 3000$ dollars u can t take care of me has a customer why? And the light u see is from my tires pressure sensor 2 of those were bad before bringing my car don't understand why ur mechanic inspection didn't notice them..all she say she will fix them and she never did . I guess they fix my 2 recalls not the tires pressure sensor. And she charge me again over 200$ for a inspection that should be free for to my 2 recalls I had. And ask me to take my car home with out fixing my leak.all she say they did the inspection and is engine oil. Wow yes I know is engine oil but ur charging me again and not telling me from we're ? All I told her can't take my car I need it fix. September I resive a letter from ford motor company about the customer satisfaction program for the flexplate that need to be fix free of charge. It say on the letter that ford motor company is working with ford dealer to fix my flexplate, torque converter and my transmission fluid pump free of charge..I took the letter to manager Rachel and told her my situation she look in the beginning like she wat to help me she ask Stephanie to get the original receipt and to give me a copy of the bill I pay.them I ask her I need my car fix from the leak. And torque converter,and transmission fluid pump manager Rachel told me we fix ur flexplate and we are done..I told her that I need my refund and that the leak is coming from the rear main zeal do to the mechanic neglect incompetent by not checking the car. I haven't get my car fixed I haven't get no refund my car is leaking and the last mechanic left inside the car hood lock a cap of some one oil cap...what s wrong can't believe when I try to open the hood and was hard to open..on my last inspection the mechanic told me that was leaking from the rear main zeal and that I had multiple leaks that's a lie and that a filter senser was broken and was not. There is no multiple leaks if they were my driveway would have multiple leaks and if they were multiple leaks why is it that the first inspection they didn't know them or the second inspection all lies. I need my car fix of the real main zeal and my refund back. I'm only asking wat is right nothing more.sir Chris Goeschel if u got time to read this hope to here from you. These guys are a bunch of thieves. They are liars and will I believe they will damage your car so that they can rip you off. Be careful about taking your car in for simple maintenance and then get it back with multiple issues upon return. They do their best to not honor their warranties. When you leave it in the shop, they haggle with you to give you a loaner or rental even though the warranty that you purchase states that they must do so. These guys are an absolute nightmare. More

While I understand that the dealership states that they have a long waiting line to get vehicles inspected, it it unacceptable to be left without a car while I am still responsible for making payments towards my loan without a car. The dealership either needs to hire more technicians or provide loaners to their customers who are stuck with no car and still making monthly payments. My car has been sitting at the dealer for 5 weeks and all I am told that there is a waiting line. Ford needs to do better. More

The last time I called, I was told a manager would call me “by close of business.” A week later and I’ve still not received so much as a single return call. I know folks can get busy, and I’m reasonable. But I’ve called these folks six times and haven’t received a return call yet. I’ve never experienced anything like this. We’ve had our pickup for less than two months and haven’t been able to reach anyone for nearly that long. It’s bad enough that I wish we would have gone to another dealer. More

If you want to have your New Ford serviced for the same warranty issue 3 times in 3 years and after your warranty is up they say they cannot help you anymore even after you contact Ford then you will be a warranty issue 3 times in 3 years and after your warranty is up they say they cannot help you anymore even after you contact Ford then you will be a happy customer, NOT! I was told there was an issue with all 4 of my tires with wear issues. I asked what the issue was? Was told by inept service writer it would take additional time to find out. But he gave me a quote on 4 new tires on a brand I never heard of for almost $900! Left and went to Firestone to get tires checked and was told that with barely 25,000 on my 3 1/2 year old car my tires have even wear with no issues. Was asked who told me this and told them Team Ford Lincoln. Their response “Oh, that Stealership” My regular service writer left and went to work for a GM Service Department. I can see why. Service Department Manager is horrible with communicating with you about your issues. More
When I first went into Ford I had a wonderful experience. I didn't bark at the price and didn't ask for anything to sweeten the deal of my car purchase. The Ford team noticed that their was a problem with the middle seatbelt and had to cut it off but promised me in two weeks it would be all fixed. I expressed my concern that having my 3 children in the back that I would need fixed asap. We are going into 2 months in which i have called the dealership multiple times only to get the run around. I am so hurt that this dealership doesn't care about the safety of my children and have made no attempt to reach me with an update or status. Had the seatbelt been fixed I would have had a 5 star experience but again after you make the purchase the dealership doesn't care following through with their promises. Thanks Ford for losing all trust and I will never recommend your dealership to anyone due to the lack of care you provided in making sure my children are safe in a reliable car after cutting a seatbelt the same day purchasing the car to fix the seat but not following through with replacing it. Update 12/15/2021 : it's been over 5 months and still not fully completed. Now I was offered a great trade in value that I wan interested in and fit my nee needs. With having a bad experience the first time I called the dealership anyways with the same sales rep asking him to look into this sale qbout trading the car in and getting into a newer car. He took my number down and hasn't responded since. I should be an easy sale and I'm beyond furious and beyond irritated. Any other Ford dealers in Vegas want my business? I'm the easiest going person and just expected to be treated fair during my car purchase and Ford Drexel you have failed across the board. More
I bought my car here 3 years ago, and couldn’t be happier. It was a pressure free experience. The service department is friendly, genuine, and detail oriented. I’ll continue to drive the extra 45 minutes, to get my car serviced here, where I have people I can trust. More
