She indicated that they would have the results of the inspection in 2 to 3 hours. Within 1.5hours I received a call that the car was ready. Beating the expectations set is always a good thing. More
Unbelievably terrible worksmanship from this service depart. Maybe you should edit yours... copy and paste my edited version. Lol Took my 16' F150 in with 6500 miles for a running concern. First we got a spar Maybe you should edit yours... copy and paste my edited version. Lol Took my 16' F150 in with 6500 miles for a running concern. First we got a spark plug misdiag then cylinder heads. Picked it up to find a hose dragging on the ground, oil dripping everywhere, grommets left loose, and wiring not clipped back in. Took it back and they fixed everything they left loose but doctored the paperwork to cover forgetting to clear faults and reset cam adaptations. The writer Dan is cool, Claud never returns phone calls, the foreman acts inconvenienced by my issues (didn't even acknowledge me standing there). My family is diehard Ford, from my father to grandfather to my son who loves our 4 mustangs (altogether we own 6 Fords). Love this truck but now I question it. If this hack that didn't care enough to spray 1/2 a can of brake clean at the oil all over the frame, how did he act when he was inside the engine? Did he clean the block before putting the heads on? Did he torque the heads? How many issues am I going to have months or years down the road because he didn't care. Good thing to think about when I cut a truck payment while it's sitting at the dealership. My kids ride in it and when it feels like it's going to stall on me I lose faith in the company and the product. No one at corporate Ford seems to care. I wanted a 17' SuperDuty but after this experience I don't think I will buy another new Ford again. More
Deceptive, Arrogant, Horrible Experience We leased a Ford Fusion and were told that the Hybrid Energy model would allow you to reduce your monthly electric bill by 20 to 30%. We found out tha We leased a Ford Fusion and were told that the Hybrid Energy model would allow you to reduce your monthly electric bill by 20 to 30%. We found out that this was false after we signed the lease. We were also told that the electric stations were all free for recharging. We felt deceived and are now leasing a very expensive car that does not have the benefits we thought it would have. We understand that the salesperson (who was very nice) wasn't trained properly, but this doesn't change the fact that we are now on the hook for a higher payment then we bargained for. What made the situation so much worse is the way we were treated after complaining. We spent an entire morning with multiple offers to make a new purchase. Rather than bring us the best possible deal, we were nickel and dimed with multiple offers. We told the finance person that we would be happy if the dealership would simply pay for our registration. This was refused in no uncertain terms. When we finally grew tired of the process and decided to leave, we were followed out and told the dealership would pay for half of our registration, and that the salesperson would pay for the other half... and only because we insisted on it. The insinuation was that we were taking money out of his pocket. We were told that "this is the way they work". I've broken a few things were I work, and no one's ever had their hand out asking to be reimbursed. What blew us away was the fact that they were so arrogant after we were deceived into the purchase. We will be here another 30 to 35 years, and we are both lifelong Ford owners. We will never darker their doors again for maintenance, new car purchases, or ever recommend them to anyone. Simply amazing how short-sighted a business can be. It would have been quite easy to make us happy, and they chose to make what was a difficult situation much much worse. Avoid this place like the plague! More
horrible customer service. liars, cheats, thieves! public please be warned this place is terrible! my husband and i recently purchased a vehicle here only to have it die mid ride only 3 weeks after our purch please be warned this place is terrible! my husband and i recently purchased a vehicle here only to have it die mid ride only 3 weeks after our purchase. while my husband drove to work. with no other option he called the tow truck thinking that the extended warranty he was made purchase would cover it being that this was one of the items we were told were covered. long story short... it was a dead battery and we were stuck with a $350 bill! the tech at the other dealer it was taken to stated that the vehicle was not properly serviced by ford Lincoln. after the diagnostic was performed something as simple as the vehicle a/c filter hadn't even been changed. i called ford Lincoln to resolve this, and the sales manager a women with the worst attitude i've ever encountered basically told me sorry deal with it... apparently if its not a certified ford your s!#t out of luck. she completely disregarded our problem stating "well if you don't know the difference between a dead battery and a major component issue it's your mistake and you pay the price". worst experience ever. run the other direction.
