We liked both experiences. Now about the trucks we purchased, they are also a good value for our hard earned dollars. We will continue to go to Team Factory Direct in our future. Our only gripe is we were offered $1500 for our trade in truck. We did purchase it there but felt a disappointed in the little value that was offered but they offered us the same thing our first time we were there. So maybe that is their only price for a trade in. We are selling it ourselves. More
