Service costs are reasonable and work performed is done right the first time. Service technicians are good about explaining, in layman's terms, the work performed and why. Also, no repairs are done unless the service staff has explained to us what needs to be done and then receives our permission to move ahead with the work. I have also observed this same practice with other customers while sitting in the COG lounge. More

Replace right signal light I took my car in to replace the signal light bulb. The mechanic said it took almost an hour because it was a corvette. They charged me over $90! I later went to u tube and they walk you through the procedure and it takes about 15 min tops. I have had other similar problems over the years. Don't take your Corvette to CCOG. More

The staff always very friendly and will go out of their way and the extra mile for you. Great atmosphere as well as their services. Very nice waiting area and all work completed in a reasonable amount of time. They have always met our needs. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Also they have a very good selection of snacks and drinks at no cost as well as use of computers and wifi while you are waiting. They have and will always make your wait as pleasant as possible.
