He has been of great service and we can always trust his guidance and knowledge. On May 6th 2017 we decided it was time to replace my Father's loyal Pontiac with something more up to date. My father had been looking at Camaros the past month and really was intrigued with this particular type of car. We headed out to see Rocco and per usual his customer service was superb. He knew exactly what my dad had his eye on and was able to deliver extraordinarily. I find it important that you walk out with what you want and that the entire process be a dream and smooth! First let me say that Rocco Marconni handled everything beautifully! He was always polite and professional. He offered beverages and allowed me space when I had to call my wife. He has mastered the art of being courteous and helpful versus being over-bearing and intrusive! My transaction, from test drive to drive-off took less than 2 hours and he worked the deal the whole time. My trade-in required a some give & take but required more give from the dealership . . . and Rocco got it done!! I would highly recommend Rocco if you are going to buy a Chevy, Cadillac, Mazda or any other vehicle at Team Superstores in Vallejo. One of the best transactions I have had at a car dealership! FYI - I have bought or leased over 30 vehicles over the course of many years so I know what a terrible dealer experience is and there was nothing about my experience that would remotely be described as bad.
