I recently purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze and got it right off the showroom floor! Wow! What an experience that was...it was my first time ever buying a brand new car. This is my 4th vehicle that I've purchased from Team Chevrolet Superstores, but, my first time buying a brand "new" car and Rocco Marconni and Arman who helped me with my purchase made my experience to be grand! From the day I first made the phone call to the dealership and Arman took my phone call, and, then, I arrived to dealership and started the process, and, at the end when I drove off the lot with my "Victory Red" 2013 Chevy Cruze, Rocco and Arman made me feel like a princess. These gentleman handled my purchasing process with excellence and they explained everything to me without making me feel pressured or rushed. I love their professionalism in how they handle their clients. In fact, my best friend was with me to be of support while I was purchasing my car, and in the process I referred her to purchase a new car and the very next day after I purchased my new car, my best friend purchased her brand new 2013 Chevy Cruze in white! As best friends, we're still tickled in the fact we have the same car....we're loving it! And our family and friends thinks it's pretty cute too! I was referred to Team Chevrolet in Vallejo, CA back in June 2013. I called there and was transferred to Marvin Jones. He came through as being a professional and enthusiastic sales person. He told me of some benefits to choosing Team Chevrolet and that's why I choose Team Chevrolet over other ones that are closer to my home. I live in the East Bay Area and Vallejo is about 30 miles away.... When I reached the dealership Marvin Jones started my application. However I have very bad credit. Structuring the deal was not going to be easy, so Rocco Marconni started working on my deal with Marvin.. Rocco Marconni and Marvin Jones miraculously structured great financing for me with a low interest rate and a minimal down payment, all while putting me in a brand new Chevi Cruze. Rocco Marconni and Marvin Jones performed nothing short of a miracle. However, I felt that I could get a better deal elsewhere and walked away from that deal. I got a car from another dealership near me home. It all looked good but they turned out to be unscrupulous. Within 10 days, they asked me to bring the car back or agree to an interest rate of 27%. I contacted Team Chevrolet once again, virtually in tears and spoke to Rocco Marconni. He told me my loan was still intact with them and they would still put me in the a beautiful Chevi Cruze, the same as before . Marvin Jones even came in on his off day to pick me up from my home 30 miles away. Marvin Jones and Rocco Marconni are excellent salesmen. That's why I'm writing this review. They went above and beyond where many other salesmen would have quit. They both took the stress out of buying a car with bad credit. They accomplished this all while being honest, professional and courteous. I have purchased many cars over my driving lifetime and this was the best car service/buying experience my wife or I have ever had. We first spoke with Shirley who was so kind and referred us to Danny, not this was the best car service/buying experience my wife or I have ever had. We first spoke with Shirley who was so kind and referred us to Danny, not just a great service associate but a caring, sympathetic person who listened as we explained our situation (18 year old Saturn with 170,000 miles and in need of a new engine). Danny stayed in constant contact with us as he worked to find the parts to get our car back on the road but it was going to cost thousands more to fix than it was worth. He suggested we talk with sales GM Sean about a trade in and Danny said he would give Sean a heads up about our situation. When we met Sean, he was so nice and said he and his staff would do everything they could do to put us in a new car we would love and could afford. Sean then introduced us to Eric Dittman who was incredible. Per Danny and Sean, he was already familar with our story and showed us the cars he thought would work for us. When we sat down to do the deal, he took the time to go over everything, answer any and all our questions, and helped us choose the program that was best for us. Eric then started his sprints back and forth to the GM's office as he and Gabe crunched the numbers. Eric and Gabe wrote us a fantastic deal that was beyond anything we expected. Thanks also to Dale and Eddie for making the paperwork a breeze. Needless to say, the "Team" at Team Chevrolet went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier. To top it off, Eric called us tonight to make sure we were O.K. and if we had any questions or needed anything, to call him. Everyone at Team was kind, caring, understanding and totally professional. But in the past we had such bad experiences with car "salesman", on top of having credit challenges; the whole car buying experience had been tarnished in my eyes. We were going up there to look their used vehicle inventory, and walked away in a brand new, never been drive, 2013 Chevy Cruze. The best part is I only had to pay $1,000 down and walked away with an interest rate that I'm not ashamed of!!! 10%!!! I also explained that our daughter was interested in a Chevy Cruze. I told Rocco that we were either going to get her a new car as an 18th Birthday/Graduation present or buy something used. Rocco was so helpful, he said what if I can get you in a new car for what you were going to spend on a used one? I said good luck. Well long story short and a week later after many phone calls and text messages we purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze from Rocco and Team Chevrolet. The entire staff were so helpful. I am not the easiest person to work with when it comes to buying a car and Rocco and staff were so patient with me. They even gave me a large bow to put on the car. I arrived at the dealership early and while waiting for Rocco, I met with Arman who was so helpful, his demeanor was calm and accomodating - I felt like he was really interested in what I wanted versus what he wanted to sell. Arman's knowledge of product - outstanding!!! I met with Rocco to start what I thought would be a tortuous process because I know my credit would be challenging and possibly impossible.
