Several years ago I had a vehicle in for service, and when I was checking out with Missy, I show my displeasure for the amount of the bill. It was much more than I was expecting. Missy saw that I was not happy, but she just smiled and handled the situation professionally. Several days later I received a coupon in the mail from Missy. It was for a free oil change.
