Both Keith and Weston were very polite and helpful while dealing with us and were actually quite a pleasure. However, we decided to take the vehicle home for a 24 hour test drive at which time I asked that gas be put in the vehicle due to the odometer reading 64 miles to empty and the fact that we lived in Lexington. I explained that would not be an adequate amount for us to drive it home, and a couple places to make sure we liked it the following day, before driving it back to Salisbury. I was told that it would be plenty and they would fill it up with gas when I bought the car the following day. When I left the dealership the gas light came on, therefore I had to pay for my own 24 hour test drive by putting enough gas back into the vehicle. We loved the car and returned to buy it the following day with a few requirements. It had some cosmetic issues that we were told could be fixed by the body shop. We asked that the dents be fixed and the scratches be covered with touch up paint, as well as the hub cap to be replaced because it has obviously encountered some type of collision and was bent off of the rim. Keith and Weston were off so another man helped us to close the deal, Cameron was also very friendly and helpful considering he had not been present on all our conversations with the initial sales associates. However, the manager that was on duty the day we purchased the vehicle was not as friendly. I heard him telling Cameron that he wasn't going to fix the dents from the processing office along with some other comments. I asked Cameron what the issue was and after trying to dismiss what I heard the man came out himself and told me. He really wasn't going to fix the cosmetic issues with the car but since we were already told it could be done he would see what he could do. He told me numerous times how they were already losing money on the car selling it to my husband and I. After walking out to inspect the dents and telling me they probably couldn't get it just right in the body shop he told me again how they were going to be losing $800 on the car fixing "all this". My father was a body man for 40 years, the three very small dents would not be that difficult to fix...maybe a little more than they were wiling to cover, but not difficult. We ended up signing a we owe sheet stating our cosmetic requests would be met and we purchased the vehicle. When I asked about gas I was told they never put over $25 in a used car sell and they just weren't going to put more, regardless of what I had previously been told and regardless of the fact I had to pay for my own test drive. I thought that was really unprofessional and inconsiderate especially when we as customers had just given the dealership 17 thousand dollars worth of business. I really wish I had gotten the gentlemen's name so I could list it on here but I lost his card and his picture is not on the site under employees. We were also told our car would be detailed and after waiting for over an hour for that and receiving it, there was an inch of dust still on the uncleaned dash and the back window was still covered in cigarette smoke. Brian Romas did manage to get us gap insurance for only a dollar more a month and he was very kind and pleasant as well. I have since taken the vehicle to the body shop up there and am waiting to hear back. The body man was irritated that I did not have a copy of the we owe agreement, however we were told we were given a copy of everything we signed in our envelope and that was not included. I try to be an honest, intelligent, and kind person. And when making such an important purchase I try to make sure that everything is taken care of. I did not feel that the manager I dealt with had the same agenda. Overall I loved the sales people we worked with and the gentlemen in the finance department. I'd recommend this dealership only if you are prepared to be a little insulted by management and to drive off in your new purchase with under a half a tank of gas. More

I spoke to Lisa Provost by phone & told her I will purchase the truck on my way back home & please have all the paperwork ready for me to sign because we have a long drive back. My family & I get to the dealership & Lisa had everything ready. She was so sweet, it amazed me how she went through the whole truck & explained all the features & hooked-up Onstar & Bluetooth. Lisa also called me a few days after my purchase to ask how I like the truck. She is a dedicated, valuable & an asset to your team. Thank you for the wonderful service that was provided. Team is good to me and my family. This is second time I purchased two (2) vehicles in one day. Nat Venning is the best salesman they have. Jamie, the new car sales manager, was upfront with us, as I was up purchased two (2) vehicles in one day. Nat Venning is the best salesman they have. Jamie, the new car sales manager, was upfront with us, as I was up front with he and Nat. Even their two finance young men were good to be with, knowledgable, friendly, and polite. We could not ask for a finer group of people to work with and could not find a better deal than I got on June 26th. It was a great experience. It pays to be nice and considerate. When you are, the return is great!!!, as it was for me, my wife, and m,y daughter. Kudos to Nat Venning and Team Chevrolet. Kevin Gilliam More
My boss purchased a 2013 Denali Crew Diesel and was taking his neighbors to dinner in Mocksville. He elected to ignore all gauges and alerts telling him that he was low on fuel. He runs out of fuel o taking his neighbors to dinner in Mocksville. He elected to ignore all gauges and alerts telling him that he was low on fuel. He runs out of fuel on his way in to town. He called me to assist in bringing him some fuel to get him back on track. I added 5 gallons of Diesel fuel to his tank and everyone stood back and watched as I cranked, cranked and even cranked some more but the truck would just not start ? My first instinct was to push the OnStar button and the advisor was very helpful in telling me that it would be about 2 hours before help would arrive. I remembered I had an old phone number for Chad Kastens (Diesel Tech) For the Chevy Team. My phone call was a success as Chad took about 20 minutes out of his evening and with a flat head screw driver coached me in to removing the air from the fuel system and priming the system back. First try and the truck fired right up. Two huge lessons learned here. 1- Pay attention to you gauges. 2- Call Team Chevrolet with any service concerns because Chad really knows his stuff !! Thanks again for all of your help Chad !! More
