I would never buy a car from Taylor Kia. The test drive went well but when it came to buying a car it was terrible. The sale man Mike was great however the sale manager was an xxx. The Sales Manager marked the car up $10k over MSRP. When we told him it was insulting his reply was we have been sale cars $10k to $15k over MSRP. He also had our keys and we had to ask for them back three times. Don’t get ripped off by going to Taylor’s Kia do your research there are other Kia dealerships that don’t rip you off. More

The new 2023 Kia Forte blew me away when I test drove it because the pick-up was amazing. I was thrilled it had wireless smart phone and pandora hook up. Taylor Kia in Toledo, Ohio was very clean, and the staff was polite. My salesman "Fayes" really impressed me the most because he stayed way past time for him to go home. He helped me with insurance trying to get it lower. I had an amazing experience in this dealership. Taylor Kia is number 1 in my book. Yes, I will go back! Five stars from me. More
