Worst deal ever I had talked to the salesperson about the maximum amount I was willing to pay. I had stated no more than $250/month and 5 years. I had stated 5 year I had talked to the salesperson about the maximum amount I was willing to pay. I had stated no more than $250/month and 5 years. I had stated 5 years a few times. He had even mentioned 5-6 years and left, and when he came back I repeated 5 years. We shook on a deal. I didn't look over the paperwork close enough and found out that the loan is for well over 6 years. I was lied to and have never had a worse experience with a dealership in my life and I've bought cars from a number of dealerships. I would never go here. After complaining to the BBB, they agreed to null and void the loan. More

2011 Ford Explorer People were very friendly and helpful but upon leaving with the car I found out that the keyless entry on the car wasn’t working and it upset me as I People were very friendly and helpful but upon leaving with the car I found out that the keyless entry on the car wasn’t working and it upset me as I thought the car came with that and that was after all the paperwork had been signed and also on my way home when I turned the car off there was a clicking noise coming from the dash where the glove box is and it continues to do it for a while after I turn the car off and it’s really loud and it concerns me. Recall Service is a Joke I took my Kia in for 6 recalls, one of which was for tire pressure. Sensor and because two of the four was missing they would not fix.
