The sales team is great, no complaint there. BUT the service department lacks friendliness, ability to return calls or to assist with any issues that cost them money for a warranty that you paid BUT the service department lacks friendliness, ability to return calls or to assist with any issues that cost them money for a warranty that you paid for. By far the worst customer service I have ever encounter in my life. My car sat there for 6 days unlocked and when I text and called them multiple times asking for an update on my car NO RESPONSE. Made no effort to resolve the issue with a car that was purchased brand new from them a year prior. More

Talked me out of the car I was interested in within 10 mins of being there. I came with a car to trade in and didn’t give me an offer for it. Handed me paperwork to sign without even explaining what the paper work was. I had to ask. Just to find out a little bit after I got there, they finalized the exact vehicle I was there for to be transferred to a different city…. I drove an hour there after making an appt. Just for them to waste my time. More

They have had my car for a month and 14 days and had it less than a month before having transmission problems!! They don't want to return calls to let us know what is going on and always a excuse on why no less than a month before having transmission problems!!
