Hyundai Azera service I helped my father return his Hyundai Azera to Taylor Hyundai Service department in Perrysburg, Ohio due to an electrical problem which occasionally d I helped my father return his Hyundai Azera to Taylor Hyundai Service department in Perrysburg, Ohio due to an electrical problem which occasionally drained the battery. We worked with Chris Fiscus the Service Advisor to address the problem. The car had been in for the same problem previously and a couple of suspected issues were addressed and my father took the car home. The dead battery problem resurfaced so back we went to the service department. Chris asked if he could keep the car for several days to make sure they found the problem and ensure there were no further complications. We said yes and a week later we learned that the car was fixed and the battery was no longer being drained. Thank you Chris and the service department for fixing the problem and for restoring our confidence in your dealership This turned out to be a very positive experience. More
