This is my second car that i have bought from this dealer and i have been happy both We had a great experience at Taylor Hyundai for the second time. This is my second car that i have bought from this dealer and i have been happy both times. Our sales person, Chad Hamblin, was great and worked hard to help find a car that met our needs. The only complaint i had was waiting for the financial guy to go over the loan paperwork. I am not sure if he was with an another customer or if he was just not able to be found. I did realize later that there was a guy riding on a hoover board the whole time we were there and he was one of the financial officers - i am not sure why he couldn't help us instead of making us wait. Needless to say, we sat there for 30 to 45 minutes waiting. Don't get me wrong, i would come back and buy a car here again and this dealership is great, i just think the financial area may want to be a little more on top of their game. More
